Amina is an incredibly responsive and considerate host. We just returned from five days in Orlando to visit our daughters who are both working at Disney right now and aren't able to make it home for the holidays. We had a very comfortable stay in Amina's condo which for us, was an incredibly convenient spot - in between where our girls are both currently living and close to the parks so they could get to work if needed. Any minor hiccups we encountered were addressed quickly and I cannot express how appreciative I am for Amina's quick responses and the ability of the property management to follow through. I can see how this would also be a great location and value for a family with younger children as well.

Amina’s place was a last minute choice and It saved us from a horrible previous Airbnb. From the moment you walk in you feel like at home it smells wonderful and it’s very clean and organized. I definitely recommend her place!

We had a great stay. Amina was a great host and went above and beyond to accommodate us with a short notice before our booking. She even gave us a discount and replied promptly to all my messages. I recommend her property to all guests staying in Kissimmee. It’s closed to all Orlando’s main attractions, especially the Disney parks.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 2 weeks in July 2022! It was exactly as pictured. Right from the moment we booked Amina was a pleasure to work with. By far one of the best owners we have dealt with. There was a small issue with ware and tear on the pots and fry pans and it was taken care of immediately! Amina took the time to check in with us via email through our stay! I would recommend this condo to everyone and next time we head to Florida we plan to stay here again! It was as pictured, clean and comfortable! We loved that there were no condos behind us so the pool felt very private. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

My wife and I brought our three children to Disney for Spring Break. We couldn't have asked for a better location or a better host. Amina was in constant contact, offering help with anything we needed and providing detailed information regarding check in and information about the development. The home itself was wonderful with all necessary amenities for families, the backyard pool had several safety precautions in place that allowed us to feel at ease with our 3 year old running around, we were so close to the parks and any restaurant/store you could need. A great experience and wonderful vacation! Thank you!

This is our fifth time to stay at Windsor Hills. It is very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores and close the Disney. The subdivision is very nice and is a gated community. The townhouse we stayed in was very clean and well kept. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for your Disney getaway. Amina was incredible from start to finish with any questions and concerns we had. The house was clean, tidy and perfect size for my family for our first visit to Disney world. We knew it was going to be a big day so it was perfect having a place nearby to crash at after. We even had the able to stay at the resort the house is located on and use the pool facilities once we checked out. It really was such a double bonus & my kids loved it. Thank you Amina for making our stay so wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay here! The home was clean with a perfect/quiet location and was equipped with all we needed.
We enjoyed both the community pool and the private one while the littles were napping (we also really appreciated the pool heat!). Our host was amazing- welcoming and responsive to all of our questions. We hope to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in Amina and Saad's rental. There were four adults and two children, and we had plenty of space. The location is perfect for visiting Disney World, groceries and Disney souvenirs at Super Wal-mart are just down the street, and we even took a day trip to Cocoa Beach (less than 1.5 hours). The home was clean, and we made good use of the kitchen during our stay. The community pool and playground were hits for our two kids and both are within walking distance from the rental. There are plenty of kid items to make your trip comfortable - umbrella strollers, booster chair, pack n play, a few toys, etc. There was an issue with rental pool heat, and Amina had someone out within 12 hours to have it up and running again. Amina checked in via text multiple times throughout our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. Please know that this Airbnb does not keep the kitchen stocked with previous guests staples (oil, salt, etc), so you'll need to purchase those when you do your grocery shopping. I also packed from home laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, ground coffee, garbage bags and toilet paper, because only one of each is provided for your stay, and I didn't want to have to buy surplus once here.

My wife and I aren't really into Disney, but we were looking to get away from the Northeast for a week or so to play golf. This is a good location for that. The unit itself was large, updated and very clean. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay! Our group (6 people) had enough space and it was very convenient since each room has own bathroom. Nice heated outdoor pool that kids can play, also many different type of amenities in common area. Amina was the best host ever, she responds really well and very kind. What a beautiful place! The neighborhood is picturesque, the residence is adorable, and the location is perfect! Within the community, it is directly between, and a comfortable walking distance from, both the pool and the playground. It is also close to both a Walmart Super Center and a Starbucks, and a reasonable distance from the theme parks. It is not on a main drag, so traffic in and out of the community was minimal. The residence itself is clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Check-in process was simple, as was accessing the residence. And the owners are incredibly thoughtful! We told them we were visiting Orlando for our son's birthday, and they actually had a gift sent over for him! Who does that!? That kind of personal touch is hard to find! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend this rental, and look forward to going back!

Our stay here worked out perfectly for us. The location was a few minutes outside of Disney which was convenient. The house itself was very clean and was just what we were looking for. The kids loves the small pool out back. Would definitely stay here again.

Our kids loved the area, especially the pool and clubhouse. The townhouse is a very easy walk to the pool. Everything was clean, quiet at night and as described. Walmart is a very short drive away for anything that you may need during your stay. We would definitely stay again!

WOW. Went for the parks but was so excited to get “home” every night. The location is perfect and Amina was always quick to respond if there was anything we needed. She even sent us a present for our son since it was his first time going. He swam for the FIRST time in her pool. This trip will be one that we hold in our hearts for a lifetime. HIGHLY recommend.

Amina is a great host. She responded to our queries promptly. The house was clean and very comfortable for the 6 of us (4 of them teenagers). The location proximity to Disney World and restaurants and other attractions meant we did not spend time in traffic. On our off day the kids spent time in the clubhouse waterpark and seemed to have enjoyed it. I would recommend Amina’s place to everybody.

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our family of 5! The kids loved jumping in the pool after our daily adventures.
Perfect amount of towels, blankets and pillows.
If you are staying for a few days, make sure to bring toilet paper and trash bags.
We didn’t make it out to the resort pool but enjoyed the tennis courts and basketball courts. They were super nice and not crowded at all.
We were very pleased with how clean and well maintained the condo was. Super quiet area of the resort. We will definitely book again!
Dinner Tip:
If you want to avoid traffic and don’t want to wait a long time for a table, check out Black Angus Steakhouse just up the road! We picked up dinner from there twice. Great food and nice options for kids.
Looking forward outdoor dining? Check out Chewy’s. You can make online reservations and it’s not that far. You can avoid traffic going that route as well. :)

Perfect price , perfect location , awesome stay !!
My family of 5 had an awesome experience staying here. It is minutes from all the major theme parks and literally one minute from Walmart (which made it extremely convenient). The villa was extremely clean and anytime I had a question the owners answered almost immediately. The resort itself was absolutely stunning and very safe!!! You honestly did not have to leave the resort to entertain your family..( we enjoyed our off days just relaxing at the resort and splashing around in our private splash pool after long days at theme parks) From the awesome club house ( which has its very own arcade, theater room and a store where you can purchase ice cream and slushys) to the great food you can order right there on location that offers a variety of food that you crave after you have worked up an appetite after sliding down the awesome water slides and hanging out by the beautiful resort pool. I highly recommend this place for your family 👪. We will be back !!

We enjoyed every second of our stay at this home! The owners were extremely attentive and thoughtful, right down to leaving our girls a “Good Luck” note and a box of chocolate covered crepes as I had told them we were in town for their cheerleading competition. The place was extremely clean, and had everything we could possibly need, including a stroller and pack n’ play, which would’ve been extremely handy had we brought our infant! It even had Beach towels for the private splash pool and resort pool and slides which was wonderful since we did not pack any. We loved having our own private pool in addition to the resort water park, and our kids had a ball at both! My only hope is that we are able to book this place every time we visit!

Our recent trip to Florida was wonderful and that was mostly because of our stay with you. Our condo was everything we expected and more. Your thoughtfulness for my grandson's birthday was a wonderful surprise and totally an unexpected. Whenever we had questions or concerns, we received an immediate response. We plan on visiting again later this year and hopefully will be able to stay in your property again. We had everything we needed to make this a home away from home from the kitchen supplies to the amount of linen provided. The pool was just right for late night swims and the location of the condo was perfect, There was near by shopping and restaurants with a variety of choices.....................thanks again for a wonderful experience!!!

This was one of our best vacay ever. Check in was super easy and we didn’t had any issues during our stay. Loved the pool area and the rooms were very comfortable and the entire place was very clean. Five minutes drive to Magic kingdom which makes it completely worth it. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! We look forward to out next visit and will stay here again. Book it if this place is open for your dates!!!
