 Great property, best place we have stayed in Orlando area. Ample room, lots of towels in every bathroom and lots of pool towels. Kitchen was stocked with every pot, pan, plates you could need. Even had a crock pot and air fryer! Everything very clean. Last min booked this home on our way to Florida and communication was quick with clear check in instructions. Would defiantly look to rent this home again when we visit the Orlando area.

 Crushs Crash Pad has everything you need, especially for a WDW vacation in August. The convenient location made Park-hopping easy as we were able to go to a Park in the morning, crash for lunch, pool and afternoon naps, and head back to the Parks in the late afternoon or evening. Having the luxury of a pool right outside the patio was great-no lugging the pool essentials through a hotel lobby and scrambling for a lounge chair. The house is spacious, immaculate, beautifully decorated with so many thoughtful details and well-stocked with everything from linens, pool towels and pool toys to a large assortment of cookware and dinnerware. Our hosts were gracious and their pre-arrival communications made our trip planning easy. We would definitely consider another visit and highly recommend to friends and family.

 We started of with 20 holiday home and Crush's Crash Pad, Windsor Hill came out top and we were not disappointed. All we had to do was buy food. We had all we needed, comfort, space, views, relaxation, a home from home. The pool is perfect, lovely and warm and then there is the hot tub, just what we needed after a day at the parks. The massage chair were loved by all 7 of us. The supermarkets are in easy reach and of course the parks. I highly recommend and we hope to return.

 Our stay was amazing and even better than we imagined. This place is as described and more. Love all of the extra effort and thought that Mike and Meta put into making this place the perfect get away. Before you arrive you have the app they created with all info, when you get there everything is ready for you plus more than you usually get at an Airbnb (extra toilet paper, laundry, garbage bags, coffee, tons of towels for the bathrooms and pool)! Made such a difference for an amazing week stay. The house was spotless, the beds were comfy and every question or concern was immediately addressed. Great recommendations for pre-stocking the fridge and pantry with a service was also perfect. Would do this stay again in a heartbeat.

 If you are looking for a place that is close to Disney with everything you could possibly need for visiting Disney, this is the place. We had 5 adults and 2 kids for a week and the house was just what we needed. The amenities were plentiful, and they really have thought of everything, including little kits in the bathrooms with toothbrushes and toothpaste, which came in handy when we realized we left everyone's toothbrushes at home! The house is beautiful, and all the rooms are spacious and well decorated. The kid rooms were so fun - filled with books, toys and all kinds of stuff for the kids to play with. It was walking distance to the clubhouse and water park in the resort, as well as the playground. We enjoyed being able to relax in the backyard pool and hot tub on off days and the massage chairs were a huge hit after long days at the parks. Meta and Mike were super responsive and great hosts! Would recommend this house 100%.

 Best Villa in Windsor Hills and so close to Disney! 5/5 stars Our family of 12 including 4 kids and 8 adults had the best time at Metta's home for our 18 night stay. It was beautiful and had everything we needed even down to large fluffy pool towels! It was so clean that I felt like I was in my own home! The furniture and beds we so comfortable and we had more than enough plates, glasses, silverware and pots and pans to use. Not to mention the grill they provided made mealtimes very easy. Everyone was able to spread out because there is so much room. The pool was perfect and getting to view the waterpark from it especially at night was very nice. Our grandkids loved the waterpark and it was just a couple of minutes walk from the house. The only negative thing that happened is we had to leave!! But we will be back!!

  Overall Great Choice when Visiting Disney and surrounding Area 4/5 stars This house worked out great for our family. The pool and spa were a great place to relax and wind down after a long day at the Disney parks. We were so busy at Disney by the time we got home, we didnt get to take advantage of the game room. The house had plenty of room for our group, we had 6 adults and 1 baby. There was easily room for another couple. The neighborhood is very nice and the pool, fitness center and convenience store are a great bonus. The owner was very responsive to our questions and we would recommend staying here. Next time we visit the area, we will likely stay here again.

 10/10 Highly recommend The home was clean and cozy. It felt like home away from home. I appreciated the complimentary heated pool and propane for the grill. The massage chairs were most definitely a plus as well. Overall my family loved the stay and will plan to return.

 Week at Disney with 6 kiddos 5/5 Stayed Oct 2022 MaryJane G. LOVED this home. Had everything you need. By far the best rental house myself, my husband and our 6 kids have stayed at. My children loved the Mickey waffle maker. The beds were comfy. Pool had floaties and toys already. Outdoor furniture was beautiful. I love that the home was so well stocked. Extra garbage bags, paper towels, dish washer tabs etc. was nice not to have to purchase salt and pepper and the little things. We had no issues and would recommend this rental to everyone.  A return visit (foreseeing more in the future) For starters, we got so lucky when we saw that the exact dates of our July 2022 Disney trip matched up perfectly and we only had one month to go. We enjoyed a full family vacation the year before and knew that when the dates matched, we had to cancel the plans already made for staying "on site" to come back to this dream home. My two littles ADORE this house, so much so, that they were the first ones in the massage chairs and eager to hop into "their hot tub". Being avid Disney fans, we spend early mornings and long nights at the park. Knowing we have busy days, there is NOTHING more rewarding than coming back to "crash" at "Crush's Pad". The beds and comforters are so comfortable! The way the house is set up allows for a family to truly spread out and give each other space to do what they'd like (happy hour on the pool patio, watching TV from the pool at night, arcade family night, etc.). If we're lucky enough to make our way back down to Florida next summer, we will be most definitely try to come back to this home away from home. Private Feedback Thank you so much!!  Above and Beyond Great Stay 5/5 Stayed Jun 2022 Jim D. Wow. WE love Windsor Hills and have stayed before, but this was hands down the nicest house we had. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the features inside were a nice touch, great kitchen tools and not flimsy, and just perfect for our trip. The hosts were incredibly responsive both before and while we were on the trip. My kids loved the theming and the walk to the spray park and castle park were very easy. Also loved it was the first street from the entrace. We were far enough away to not hear anything and close enough for ease to get in and out of the community. The last night we even saw fireworks from the hottub. We have stayed in houses before, the water pressure here was great, AC was great, all tvs had access and incredible library of DVDs for the kids and games. We had a blast and would absolutely stay here again!

Meta and Mike were gracious hosts. Meta was quick to respond to my questions before our vacation. Ask we vacationed they were very attentive to making our stay so enjoyable. Their home is tastefully decorated with very comfortable furnishings. They provided a very relaxing stay. Six bedrooms and four bathrooms were plenty of room for our party of twelve. We could gather together in the spacious living area or find respite in another part of the house. Located in the Windsor Hills community, this home is only a short drive to the various Disney attractions. Staying in the home allows you to use the amenities at the clubhouse like a large pool , splash pad, and water slides. All this is just a short walking distance from the home. The view from the home is awesome. With a water view you have no rear neighbors so the house pool is very private. At night it is breathtaking to see the clubhouse and water slides lit up. My daughter said she really felt she was on vacation taking in that view. The lanai also provided some nice shade for people who are concerned about getting too much sun. This pool area is so nice My grandsons chose to leave the Magic Kingdom to go home and swim in the pool. While the private pool and hot tub provided hours of activity the game room was another favorite hangout. Arcade games, pool table, and PlayStation 4 were other favorite forms of entertainment. We were very sad to leave this beautiful home. My grandsons said, Goodbye house, in unison as we departed. Family

 5/5 Stars Great place to stay! Awesome house experience! The house was adorably decorated. The kids loved it. The house had everything you could possibly need! The game room was so fun. The pool has a beautiful view of the lake and clubhouse. The beds were all comfortable and the massage chairs were fabulous. We are already looking to purchase one since now we got spoiled having access to them🤣The hosts were wonderful. They sent my daughter a gift basket since she turned 10 this week ❤️ it

 5/5 Stars Super clean, well-appointed home! My family and I had the most wonderful time staying here!! The house was exactly as it appeared in the listing and had everything we needed for our FL vacation. The washer & dryer were huge and came in really handy!! All the bedrooms were a great size with super comfortable beds. The sliding door to the pool area had a pool alarm which was such a great feature since we had multiple young kids with us as well as a pool gate. These two safety features were GREAT! The community itself was also great! The park was a short walk (less than five minutes) from the house and provided a lot of shade which was a bonus because of the Florida heat. The clubhouse and waterpark was less than a ten minute walk! Very clean and so much fun. My entire family had such a great time here and would definitely stay again if we

  5/5 stars Beautiful villa! We have just had a wonderful stay at this luxurious property, the owners were very quick to resolve an issue with the pool after a storm and were very kind to let us have a late checkout. The house is decorated in amazing colors and tones and such cute items, so relaxing and soothing after a long day at the parks. The beds are super comfortable. The massage chairs put this place over the top. The kitchen has everything you need for meals at home. The views from the pool over the lake are wonderful. This house has plenty of room to come together, hang out, and watch movies or play games or to let the teenagers have their own space. Everyone loved the game room. It was a blast!! The beautiful water view, privacy by the pool area and close proximity to clubhouse & large playground make this villa extra special! Definitely one of the best locations in Windsor Hills! Spent an entire day just relaxing & enjoying the sunny & warm pool & spa. LOVED the massage chairs to wind down in the evening- such a unique feature to find in vacation rentals. Fun game room with pool table and arcade, large collection of Blu Ray DVDs & board games and well-equipped kitchen make this home perfect for family getaways. And for those with mobility issues, there is a nice walk-in shower with shower chair in the main floor bath and safety handrails for pool & spa.  Rafel R This is our first stay at this house and will not be the last for sure. If I could give a 100+ star it will not be enough. We had the best stay and best service and communication with the host and management company. We I sent a message to ask about anything they replied within few minutes. There were so many kids stuff that helped with the stay. specially the high chair and the stairs gate. My daughters loved the bunk bed in the Rapunzel room. The pool was the best part for my kids.  MIKKI Maderas: This villa was amazing. Definitely a must rent. The pictures do not do it justice. The Crush pad has a Disney theme in every room - super cool. We were a group of 13 and we did not feel crowded at all. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, keurig and coffee maker. A few starter k-cups to give you time to get to the grocery store. The massage chairs were a huge hit especially after a long day at the amusement parks 😊. The beds were super comfy. Each room had extra linen if needed. There

  April 2021 Thank you Michael & Meta Van Skiver for saving our vacation!! In April our family took a planned Disney vacation for 2weeks. Our two small grandchildren have never been there so they were beyond excited. We travel often however, we usually stay at the resorts. This time we wanted it to be a family vacation so we heard about Windsor Hills. We went with private owners name FRANK & WINNIE. I believe they have more than one there. The pictures that we saw were by far NOT what we saw in person. We were in shocked and had no idea what to do! All we knew was we were NOT staying here!! We immediately started making some calls and sending messages asking for help! In less than an hour a very kind lady named META called and told us to relax and she was sure she could help us. It was comforting just to hear her calming voice! We asked if we could see her place first. Obviously we were a little nervous lol. Well, it was more than perfect. The house was just remodeled. The comforters are new and the sheets were so soft. We

The warm colors on the walls and the beautiful furniture made us feel so comfortable. > The kitchen had every appliance you could possibly need. A Ninja coffee maker (we are big coffee drinkers), a new Keurig, Mickey/Minney pancake maker, two crockpots, and tons of pot and pans and utensils. > The screened in pool had the best view in the complex. The pool alarm along with the pool screen kept my children at bay and we knew every time they opened the sliding door. > The beds were so comfortable I slept better on vacation than I do at home.  Very well stocked the kids loved the massage chair and beds were very comfortable. Good supply of towels both bath and pool. New appliances and kitchen ware plentiful. Meta was wonderful to work with as well as the managers at operation 1. Quick response to any concerns. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting Disney.
