If you are looking for a place that is close to Disney with everything you could possibly need for visiting Disney, this is the place. We had 5 adults and 2 kids for a week and the house was just what we needed. The amenities were plentiful, and they really have thought of everything, including little kits in the bathrooms with toothbrushes and toothpaste, which came in handy when we realized we left everyone's toothbrushes at home! The house is beautiful, and all the rooms are spacious and well decorated. The kid rooms were so fun - filled with books, toys and all kinds of stuff for the kids to play with. It was walking distance to the clubhouse and water park in the resort, as well as the playground. We enjoyed being able to relax in the backyard pool and hot tub on off days and the massage chairs were a huge hit after long days at the parks. Meta and Mike were super responsive and great hosts! Would recommend this house 100%.

Best Villa in Windsor Hills and so close to Disney!

Our family of 12 including 4 kids and 8 adults had the best time at Metta's home for our 18 night stay. It was beautiful and had everything we needed even down to large fluffy pool towels! It was so clean that I felt like I was in my own home! The furniture and beds we so comfortable and we had more than enough plates, glasses, silverware and pots and pans to use. Not to mention the grill they provided made mealtimes very easy. Everyone was able to spread out because there is so much room. The pool was perfect and getting to view the waterpark from it especially at night was very nice. Our grandkids loved the waterpark and it was just a couple of minutes walk from the house. The only negative thing that happened is we had to leave!! But we will be back!!

This house worked out great for our family. The pool and spa were a great place to relax and wind down after a long day at the Disney parks. We were so busy at Disney by the time we got home, we didnt get to take advantage of the game room. The house had plenty of room for our group, we had 6 adults and 1 baby. There was easily room for another couple. The neighborhood is very nice and the pool, fitness center and convenience store are a great bonus. The owner was very responsive to our questions and we would recommend staying here. Next time we visit the area, we will likely stay here again.

We booked another property months in advance and 3 days before we left for the property, the owner cancelled on us stating damage from a recent storm. We found this property last minute and we’re so glad we did. The property was exponentially better than our original. The owners were fantastic about communication. I don’t just mean good, they were fantastic. I could tell from the minute I booked that they cared more about my family enjoying our time together than their own financial gain from the rental. (Not saying looking for the financial gain is bad, but when you do what is right by your clients, the financial gain will come.)
The accommodations were more than we could have hoped for. My sons lived in the game room for the week and the rest of us took turns moving from the massage chairs to the hot tub. 😂 The only minor issues that did arise were IMMEDIATELY!! addressed by the owner. The home had everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen to, linens, towels, soaps, tissue etc.
As if this wasn’t enough of a glowing review, the owners felt bad about our previous booking being cancelled and made sure to have an extra treat there for us. It was true customer service. Book this one with confidence. You won’t be disappointed. Just don’t book it for any of the future times we plan on coming back.

LOVED this home. Had everything you need. By far the best rental house myself, my husband and our 6 kids have stayed at.
My children loved the Mickey waffle maker.
The beds were comfy. Pool had floaties and toys already. Outdoor furniture was beautiful. I love that the home was so well stocked. Extra garbage bags, paper towels, dish washer tabs etc. was nice not to have to purchase salt and pepper and the little things.
We had no issues and would recommend this rental to everyone. Very clean and great location. 10mins from Disney parks! Thank you for a lovely stay!!

A return visit (foreseeing more in the future)
For starters, we got so lucky when we saw that the exact dates of our July 2022 Disney trip matched up perfectly and we only had one month to go. We enjoyed a full family vacation the year before and knew that when the dates matched, we had to cancel the plans already made for staying "on site" to come back to this dream home.
My two littles ADORE this house, so much so, that they were the first ones in the massage chairs and eager to hop into "their hot tub".
Being avid Disney fans, we spend early mornings and long nights at the park. Knowing we have busy days, there is NOTHING more rewarding than coming back to "crash" at "Crush's Pad". The beds and comforters are so comfortable! The way the house is set up allows for a family to truly spread out and give each other space to do what they'd like (happy hour on the pool patio, watching TV from the pool at night, arcade family night, etc.).
If we're lucky enough to make our way back down to Florida next summer, we will be most definitely try to come back to this home away from home.

Wow. WE love Windsor Hills and have stayed before, but this was hands down the nicest house we had. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the features inside were a nice touch, great kitchen tools and not flimsy, and just perfect for our trip. The hosts were incredibly responsive both before and while we were on the trip. My kids loved the theming and the walk to the spray park and castle park were very easy. Also loved it was the first street from the entrace. We were far enough away to not hear anything and close enough for ease to get in and out of the community. The last night we even saw fireworks from the hottub. We have stayed in houses before, the water pressure here was great, AC was great, all tvs had access and incredible library of DVDs for the kids and games. We had a blast and would absolutely stay here again!

Pictures don’t give this property justice. This place is gorgeous. The beds are comfortable, the game room is complete with all types of games that ranges from infants to elderly adults. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, plates, glasses, pots, and pans.

Meta was quick to respond to my questions before our vacation. Ask we vacationed they were very attentive to making our stay so enjoyable. Their home is tastefully decorated with very comfortable furnishings. They provided a very relaxing stay. Six bedrooms and four bathrooms were plenty of room for our party of twelve. We could gather together in the spacious living area or find respite in another part of the house. Located in the Windsor Hills community, this home is only a short drive to the various Disney attractions. Staying in the home allows you to use the amenities at the clubhouse like a large pool , splash pad, and water slides. All this is just a short walking distance from the home. The view from the home is awesome. With a water view you have no rear neighbors so the house pool is very private. At night it is breathtaking to see the clubhouse and water slides lit up. My daughter said she really felt she was on vacation taking in that view. The lanai also provided some nice shade for people who are concerned about getting too much sun. This pool area is so nice My grandsons chose to leave the Magic Kingdom to go home and swim in the pool. While the private pool and hot tub provided hours of activity the game room was another favorite hangout. Arcade games, pool table, and PlayStation 4 were other favorite forms of entertainment. We were very sad to leave this beautiful home. My grandsons said, Goodbye house, in unison as we departed. Family

We have stayed at Windsor Hills before, but we all have to say that Crush’s Crash Pad was by far the best. Location was great over looking the lake.
We would definitely stay there again and have all ready recommended it to family and friends.
The grandchildren loved the pool especially after being at the parks. Some days the didn’t even want to go to the theme parks they loved being by the pool. They all loved the game’s room.
We couldn’t fault the home at all. Well decorated , comfortable beds, like being at home except for the fantastic weather.
Meta was very helpful with any questions I had and replied to me very quickly.

Great place to stay!
Awesome house experience! The house was adorably decorated. The kids loved it. The house had everything you could possibly need! The game room was so fun. The pool has a beautiful view of the lake and clubhouse. The beds were all comfortable and the massage chairs were fabulous. We are already looking to purchase one since now we got spoiled having access to them🤣The hosts were wonderful. They sent my daughter a gift basket since she turned 10 this week ❤️ it’s a beautiful neighborhood and very secure. I would recommend this spot for sure.

Super clean, well-appointed home!
My family and I had the most wonderful time staying here!! The house was exactly as it appeared in the listing and had everything we needed for our FL vacation. The washer & dryer were huge and came in really handy!! All the bedrooms were a great size with super comfortable beds. The sliding door to the pool area had a pool alarm which was such a great feature since we had multiple young kids with us as well as a pool gate. These two safety features were GREAT! The community itself was also great! The park was a short walk (less than five minutes) from the house and provided a lot of shade which was a bonus because of the Florida heat. The clubhouse and waterpark was less than a ten minute walk! Very clean and so much fun. My entire family had such a great time here and would definitely stay again if we’re in the area! Thank you, Meta for such a wonderful stay in your home!

Beautiful villa!
We have just had a wonderful stay at this luxurious property, the owners were very quick to resolve an issue with the pool after a storm and were very kind to let us have a late checkout. The house was spotless and the beds very comfy! The resort has a wonderful location too and we look forward to staying again soon.

This house is off the charts awesome. You walk in and are immediately at home. The house is decorated in amazing colors and tones and such cute items, so relaxing and soothing after a long day at the parks. The beds are super comfortable. The massage chairs put this place over the top. The kitchen has everything you need for meals at home. The views from the pool over the lake are wonderful. This house has plenty of room to come together, hang out, and watch movies or play games or to let the teenagers have their own space. Everyone loved the game room. It was a blast!! Can't wait to go back.

We needed to extend our stay in the area, and absolutely loved our time here! Michael & Meta are incredibly kind, caring & attentive owners who ensure you have everything needed and much more!! The home is spotless and well taken care of by a great property management team. The beautiful water view, privacy by the pool area and close proximity to clubhouse & large playground make this villa extra special! Definitely one of the best locations in Windsor Hills! Spent an entire day just relaxing & enjoying the sunny & warm pool & spa. LOVED the massage chairs to wind down in the evening- such a unique feature to find in vacation rentals. Fun game room with pool table and arcade, large collection of Blu Ray DVDs & board games and well-equipped kitchen make this home perfect for family getaways. And for those with mobility issues, there is a nice walk-in shower with shower chair in the main floor bath and safety handrails for pool & spa. This is our first stay at this house and will not be the last for sure. If I could give a 100+ star it will not be enough. We had the best stay and best service and communication with the host and management company. We I sent a message to ask about anything they replied within few minutes. There were so many kids stuff that helped with the stay. specially the high chair and the stairs gate. My daughters loved the bunk bed in the Rapunzel room. The pool was the best part for my kids. Everything about this house is amazing. Thank you so much for everything.

The number one thing that stands out in our mind that made this vacation home so special was the communication with the owners Meta and Mike. Meta answered my preregistration questions and was always immediately within messenger reach to answer any questions we may have had. Feedback and suggestions were sought in order to make sure our vacation was phenomenal. She succeeded since now family members are curious about possible future ownership at Windsor Hills.

Our week at Crush’s Crash Pad was amazing! Our extended family of seven had plenty of space to congregate and separate. We utilized every bedroom and bathroom space. The furniture was comfortable, and the house was equipped with so many options of activities to do. If someone wanted to play pool, arcade games, board or card games, they could. Throughout the house were available TVs, movies, and gaming systems. Our house was clean, organized and supplied with many kitchen/dining items. If we needed to clean up a spill, the necessary housekeeping tools were available as well. The daily garbage pickup was seamless.
We took advantage of the full size kitchen to prepare our breakfast Mickey waffles, park snacks and Mickey slow cooked dinners. The dishwasher and laundry facilities were used daily as well.
Our favorite spot of all was the backyard pool area. We started our mornings having coffee as we watched the sun rise over Reddy Lake. We utilized the provided pool toys in the perfectly refreshing pool and comfortable hot tub every morning and evening. We had busy tournament and Disney park schedules that competed for our vacation time. We loved what we did during the day, but also rearranged our time so we could truly relax and enjoy what Windsor Hills and Crush’s Crash Pad had to offer. We all took our turns in the massage chair .( Second favorite spot).
Our walk to the water park was only five minutes, and the walk to the “Castle” playground was the same. We felt very safe in this community and complimented the security gate staff for doing their job even though a few complained of long wait times. Pt 1

MIKKI Maderas: This villa was amazing. Definitely a must rent. The pictures do not do it justice.
The Crush pad has a Disney theme in every room - super cool. We were a group of 13 and we did not feel crowded at all.
The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, keurig and coffee maker. A few starter k-cups to give you time to get to the grocery store.
The massage chairs were a huge hit especially after a long day at the amusement parks 😊.
The beds were super comfy. Each room had extra linen if needed. There’s a high chair and pack and play available too.
The game / theater room was really nice to have. The kids enjoyed watching movies and playing with the arcade games.
The kids couldn’t get enough of the pool too. There were plenty of floaties (tubes and noodles) for everyone. We used the grill once and enjoyed outdoor dining.
There’s nothing bad to say about this villa.
The rental company responded pretty quickly to our needs, the pool light didn’t work. It was replaced when the office opened on Monday.
Also, this villa is very close to all the Disney parks, grocery stores and local attractions.
Thank you Meta for such great attention to details in your villa. Our family enjoyed our stay and will definitely reach out again when we vacation in Florida again.
My grandson, during our stay, called the villa his home ❤️. It truly feels like a home away from home.
I would suggest you add a virtual tour of the villa on your page. It’s so much prettier in person.

Beautiful home! We stayed a week for some R&R. The pool was amazing! So warm and clean! Lots of sun on the patio for tanning! The covered part was awesome too. Beds were comfy. The whole house is super well appointed. Lots of towels and blankets. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you’d ever need and more! The massage chair was heavenly! Great house! We would definitely book again!

We Stayed At The Crush’s Crash Pad the last weekend in April 2021. From the moment we booked to the day we arrived and our last day we received nothing but AWESOME Service. The House was beautiful, Super Clean, Well Stocked Everything you need I MEAN EVERYTHING. The beds in each room super comfortable all have bathrooms attached well stocked with plush bath towels simply amazing. We had more then of enough room the kids loved the pool we thought we would have to buy my 3year old a float and life vest to fit her for the pool but no Meta thought of that too she has a whole selection of things you may need for the pool floats, balls, just everything for fun. The game room was a huge hit. We used the grill which was ready to use. We enjoyed everything about this house felt so at home just comfortable. I specially loved the kitchen well stocked washer and dryer was easy to use well stocked as well she has little instruction notes on things you may need assistance with which I found to be so thoughtful. It was truly a great experience and we will definitely be booking again. Thank you Meta & Micheal for creating such incredible Vacation House. Also thanks to Vanessa with the property management company for the excellent customer service and outstanding communication skills.

April 2021 Thank you Michael & Meta Van Skiver for saving our vacation!! In April our family took a planned Disney vacation for 2weeks. Our two small grandchildren have never been there so they were beyond excited. We travel often however, we usually stay at the resorts. This time we wanted it to be a family vacation so we heard about Windsor Hills. We went with private owners name FRANK & WINNIE. I believe they have more than one there. The pictures that we saw were by far NOT what we saw in person. We were in shocked and had no idea what to do! All we knew was we were NOT staying here!! We immediately started making some calls and sending messages asking for help! In less than an hour a very kind lady named META called and told us to relax and she was sure she could help us. It was comforting just to hear her calming voice! We asked if we could see her place first. Obviously we were a little nervous lol. Well, it was more than perfect. The house was just remodeled. The comforters are new and the sheets were so soft. We’ve never slept this good on vacation. The mattresses were quality. Everything we needed was there. They even have a high quality massage chair SERIOUSLY!! Take a number to sit in it. We used it nightly. The kitchen is stocked with all you need to prepare your meals. Food products are not provided and that’s everywhere you go. Walmart is just around the corner! We just can’t thank Michael and Meta for their kindness. We spoke to them often. Their main focus is you. They want you to have a wonderful vacation and want you to be happy. They’re very prompt in returning calls. We can’t wait to go back. Trust me , we will only stay here. >⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Hands down BEST rental house ever! I would give a 10 star if it would let me. As soon as we walked into the front door, we felt at home. The warm colors on the walls and the beautiful furniture made us feel so comfortable.
> The kitchen had every appliance you could possibly need. A Ninja coffee maker (we are big coffee drinkers), a new Keurig, Mickey/Minney pancake maker, two crockpots, and tons of pot and pans and utensils.
> The screened in pool had the best view in the complex. It faces a nice retention pond and the pool house. The pool alarm along with the pool screen kept my children at bay and we knew every time they opened the sliding door.
> The beds were so comfortable I slept better on vacation than I do at home. The high thread counts on the sheets were awesome. We had so many pillows, we didn’t know what to do with. Also every bathroom has enough towels and washcloths for your use along with enough toilet paper for your stay.
> We LOVED the game room. I love to play pool. The kids loved the arcade games as well. Oh and I totally forgot about the massaging chair in the front living room. Talk about relaxing after walking all day in a park. WINDERFUL!
