I stayed here with my wife and 2 boys. It was a very short walk to the clubhouse which was nice and the house was very clean and the beds were cozy. The house had plenty of nice working amenities. The pool was heated and it was actually warm. We have stayed in multiple townhomes and actual houses in Windsor Hills and this is one of our favorites for the reasons listed above. Would definitely stay here again as the owners take pride in their townhome and keeping it nice.

This townhouse is exactly as described. It's clean and well equipped, with things like a high chair, strollers, etc. Instructions for how to get in were clear. There are also EV chargers on the resort property. They're transitioning from a defunct vendor to EVoke, so only one was working, but that worked well. The chargers are by the sports complex, near a small maintenance building. We would stay here again.

The Tiki Room is well-appointed, clean, and close to all of the theme parks. Our family enjoyed swimming in the house pool and also in the community pool. The community pool has water slides, which our children loved.

The Tiki Room had everything you'd need. Townhouse was very neat and clean upon arrival. All utensils, pots, pans, towels and bedding were good quality. Really appreciated the starter package AND really appreciated the warmth of the private and community pool. Our kids loved and enjoyed the water park. We've been to other townhouses before where the cutlery were mishmash, no starter pkg, poor quality towels, cold pool when we paid for heating. Would definitely vacation there again.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Tiki Room in Windsor Hills . I typically do not leave reviews but we were so impressed that I wanted everyone considering staying here to know how great it is! The pictures just do not do it justice. The rooms are decorated so cute , even the bathrooms. Very roomy and soundproof! We never heard one noise while inside. I was very impressed with the cleanliness! Making reservations and check in was a breeze. Jennifer is very quick with all responses. It was so nice to have a heated small pool to enjoy on the lanai! Also, I typically do not sleep well on vacations but the mattress was excellent/ so soft! My husband even commented on how great it was. It was great that it is pet friendly and we were able to take our fur baby! The linens are all thick and very nice , seemed new. The kitchen is very well stocked. The property was just like the pics and listings described. We have used VRBO for years and this was one of the most thoughtful owners. The property was clean and very updated, neighborhood was safe with a guard at the gate at all times. This owner thought of everything down to an installed gate at the top of the stairs and a wonderful pool with a safety gate in the back. Can not say enough great things about this property other than you will not be disappointed. 😃

Our family of four stayed at the Tiki Room for two weeks of Spring Break. We weighed staying at a Disney property versus having the space and privacy of being able to spread out... boy did we make the right decision! This place felt like a home away from home. The beds were very comfortable. It was lovely not having to share bathrooms, and the kitchen was useable and well stocked with equipment. The living room set up was very comfortable for all of us to hang out together.
Internet was very fast with good streaming television services. We appreciated having board games to play as well... it made it feel like a proper family holiday.
The dip pool was a nice treat at the end of a long hot day.
We only used the community pool once and found it quite crowded, but our kids are too big for the play area. I think it must be necessary to reserve a chair around 8 am on hot days if you plan to hang out at the pool during the day. My kids enjoyed the games room and being able to play pool and table tennis.
The distance to the parks was negligible and we never had a problem getting an Uber when we wanted one.

We had a great stay at the Tiki Room! My children loved the themed Harry Potter and Star Wars rooms. It was helpful to have a full kitchen and laundry during our week-long stay (and Walmart is right down the road for all food and supplies). We also used the heated plunge pool on a cooler day. We could walk to the pool and clubhouse as well as the playgrounds. It was a short drive 15 minute drive to Disney World and 30 minute drive to Universal (sometimes more depending on traffic).
Would definitely recommend to friends who want to visit the area.

We really enjoyed all the decor. It made us feel like we were at Disney. There were so many extra things like pet beds and blankets. Pool towels and a kitchen with plenty of cookware. The owners were beyond helpful with a minor issue that arose. They fixed it right away. We also enjoyed the pool and the club pool. My kids had a blast on the large water slides. We will definitely be back!

The townhouse was cutely decorated, with each bedroom having its own Disney theme. The private pool was nice and warm. We had a great stay at this property. The location is awesome. It's close to stores but the condo itself is also really close to the pool and club house. The house is exactly as described on the listing and in the photos. There are a lot of extras. The house came with a huge bin of pool towels for example. In the closet you will find not only the child/baby items listed but also pet items. There was a dog bed and food bowls. The kitchen was stocked with so many quality pots and pans, something that is often skimped on. There were also plenty of towels in the bathroom. Communication with Jennifer was great prior to our arrival as well as during our stay. I messaged her during our stay and she got back to me within minutes.

The townhome is quiet and the perfect distance for our Disney-centric vacation and allowed for a perfect place to rest and relax away from crowds in a quiet place even during an extremely busy time in the area. Beyond the convenient location the property itself was perfectly sized and comfortable with all the amenities we needed: good quality internet, lots of smart devices, a pool perfect for relaxing, comfortable bedding, washer/dryer, etc. The neighborhood was very easy to work with to access the larger community pool and other features and get through the security gate on arrival. The property management company is also very active in maintaining the properties.

This townhouse is amazing. It literally took 8 minutes to get to Disney World. After a long day it was amazing to come home, put the kids to bed and swim. Then in the morning, the kids would swim while I was making breakfast and packing the car for the day. Staying here made our Disney Vacation so much more magical. We recently returned home from a stay at The Tiki Room, and it was great! The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, coffee maker, plates, cups and all of the other necessities to make you feel like you are staying at home or at a Friends townhouse. The walk in pantry was great for storage, there were multiple games to play, a super comfy couch and our Kids loved the splash pool. The fact that each bedroom has their own full bathroom was definitely nice when we were all trying to get ready in the morning. Great communication from the Owner was much appreciated as well. We recommend the Tiki Room!
