Welcome to your NEWLY UPDATED home-away-from-home. At Papaya Place, you'll find all the creature comforts of your own home. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a short walk to the resort pool and clubhouse, yet just far enough away for peace and quiet. From the moment you walk in, you'll feel relaxed in space that works for the entire family. The kitchen is well stocked to prepare whatever meals you choose. One suite is furnished with two queen beds and has its own private bath with a low profile tub, extended counter, and large walk-in closet. The other suite has a king bed and adjoins to the second bath with a wheelchair accessible roll-under sink as well as a curb-free, roll-in shower. This bath can also be accessed through the hall and is directly across from the children's Mickey room. The Mickey room has two twin beds with a pull-out trundle. For your convenience and use are a wagon to unload/load your vehicle of luggage and groceries, or pile in your towels and pool supplies for your short walk across to the pool. There is also a highchair, two strollers and portable crib for your little ones. Access to all of Windsor Hills amazing amenities is included with your rental. Windsor Hills Resort is a gated community that is approximately 3 miles from Walt Disney World. You can't get much closer than that without staying on Disney property!

Location

Windsor Hills is located just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, 25 minutes to Universal Studios and central to all that the greater Orlando area has to offer. You can reach the beaches on either the Gulf or Atlantic in less than two hours, which means you're close to the cruise ports as well.

There's a WalMart about a mile away with excellent grocery pick up or delivery service. Order your groceries and toiletries to be picked up shortly after your check in time and you'll be set for your stay. Even if you choose to shop WalMart yourself, it's truly the largest I've ever seen. You can even buy Disney merchandise there. A simple word of warning...if you choose to shop yourself, allow extra time at the checkout. The largest WalMart also means the longest lines.

Windsor Hills is also located to a multitude of other stores and restaurants. Everything you could want is nearby!

Facilities

The Great Room has a dining table that seats 6, sofa, loveseat and Smart TV.

Suite 1 has two queen size beds, SmartTV, and its own private bath with low profile tub/shower combo.

Suite 2 is wheelchair accessible and has a king size bed, SmartTV, and a private entry to the second bath.

Bedroom 3 is the set as a kids' room and has twin beds with a trundle, so can sleep up to 3. The second bath that is shared with Suite 2 is located directly across the hall.

The second bath is wheelchair accessible, with a roll-under sink as well as a curbless/roll-in shower.

There is a washer and dryer available for your use.

Pool towels can be found in the laundry area on the shelf.

The kitchen is fully appointed with all the conveniences of home. New stainless appliances. Melamine plates and plastic cups are also available to take to the pool since glass is NOT allowed.

We have also provided for your use, a highchair, a portable crib, an umbrella stroller, a double sit/stand stroller and a wagon to use when you bring groceries back, or to carry your personal items to the pool.

Necessities are provided upon arrival. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one dishwashing pod. You will need to provide anything else you need for yourselves beyond those initial items.

Free cable tv, wireless internet and access to all Windsor Hills amenities.

 We loved the private, secure entrance and, once inside the development, our first impression was very positive - it is clean, comfortable and inviting. The inside of the condo is the same - very clean and comfortable with plenty of room and all the basics needed for staying multiple days. Additionally, the condo is very close to Disney, The Kennedy Space Center and other attractions as well as to a variety of restaurants and shopping. The owner is amazingly friendly and patient and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We will 100% stay here again!
