This nearly 2,000 sq ft air-conditioned home has 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and a private pool. The house sleeps up to 9 people. Price includes taxes. House rules prohibit parties, pets, and smoking indoors.

The space
Ohana Oasis is a beautiful 4 bedroom 4 bath home with private swimming pool, spa, and movie theater! This vacation rental is located in the highly sought after Windsor Hills Resort. It is just minutes from shopping, dining, and attractions like Disney World, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Legoland, Universal Studios & many other Orlando destinations! The large open floor plan is great for entertaining family & friends. Whether you are staying for a few days or a few weeks, you are sure to love this home!

Renting in Windsor Hills Resort also means you will have free access to all of the amenities the resort has to offer! The resort itself has a swimming pool, water park, playground, movie theater, fitness center, game room, Marketplace & Grill, Cyber Cafe, and many other exciting activities. You could spend your entire vacation just at Ohana Oasis and the resort!

This nearly 2,000 sq ft air-conditioned home has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a private patio with pool and spa. The house sleeps up to 9 people. All bedding and towels are provided for you. There is parking available in the driveway.

This house is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Our goal is to make your stay fun and relaxing. The entire home and all outdoor patio areas have WiFi access. All bedrooms and living room have TV's with cable. There is even a cozy reading area with plenty of books! Not enough time to finish a book you started? Not a problem! Feel free to take that book with you and leave another book for someone else to enjoy. You'll find everything you need is at your fingertips.

The living room has large comfortable seating for the whole family. The room opens out to a beautiful pool and spa with ample deck space that's screened off from the neighbors. You'll find lounge chairs, a patio table, and a Bar-B-Que are all there for you when you feel like enjoying the outdoors. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee.

The garage has been converted to a movie and game room for the whole family to enjoy! There is premium movie seating, a variety of dvd's to choose from, and foosball table. A full-size washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

The spacious master bedroom looks out over the swimming pool. It has a king size bed, TV, cable, a private en-suite bathroom, and a closet. This bathroom has a shower/tub combo. With the closet and a large dresser, there is ample storage space for all of your things.

The second and third bedrooms both have a queen size bed and TV's with cable. With a dresser and closet each, there is ample storage space in these rooms as well. These rooms each also have ensuite private bathrooms with shower/tub combos.

The kids room is sure to be a hit! It is fully equipped with a bunk bed, TV, cable, games, and books. Between the kids room and the movie room, they will never get bored! There is an attached bathroom as well that has a shower/tub combo.

If you have little ones traveling with you, we have a variety of things to make your trip a little easier. There is a portable playpen, high chair, and stroller. All are provided free for you to use during your stay.

We are confident that you'll love this home as much as we do! Please note that the villa is in a quiet neighborhood. We do not allow parties, pets, or smoking in the home. If you do have other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Security- All of our properties are equipped with cameras and/or a Ring doorbell for the security of the guests and homeowners. These devices record activity on the outside of the home only and are primarily for the security of the home when vacant.

Guest access
We have a self check-in policy. Prior to arrival, you will be given a door code combination that is specific to you. It will only be active during your stay.

Other things to note
Please note that there is a 6% local Osceola County tourist tax. This is listed under Community fee. Any damages caused during your stay by you or your guests will result in the filing of a security deposit claim for up to $2,500. This includes but is not limited to damages to the property and the furnishings, bedding, patio deck, walls, doors, etc. This also includes damages caused by smoking, dying hair, liquids, etc. Any violation of house rules (no smoking, no parties, maximum occupancy of 9 guests, etc) will be charged against the security deposit. By accepting our house rules, you agree to pay a fine of $100 for every rule that is violated.

 This house and amenities are exactly as described. The house seems a lot bigger on the inside. 😄 The pool and hot tub being a few steps away was awesome! Having each bedroom have its own bathroom made sure all of us were happy. There were plenty of towels for us to use for bathing and splashing at the pools. The theater was a huge hit. We brought our own appleTV and watched all our fav shows and movies. The clubhouse pool was fun and the kids enjoyed the water features. We also got icees every day! I recommend this property and will stay here again. The owners are very responsive and helpful for anything we asked or needed.

 Great location near Disney Parks and easy access to freeway to Universal. Short walk to the community slides and pool. Spent most our time in the onsite pool in back. Enjoyed our time there. Clean and quiet, great setup for quiet nights of sleep! Good communication with host.
