This 6-bedroom, 3.5 bath luxury villa sleeps up to 14 and is packed full of entertainment and conveniences.

The main level is open and spacious and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suites). The living room/family room is centered around an 86" 4K smart TV with a sound bar - perfect for a movie night in. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal or grab a quick bite to eat before heading out the door. The garage game room includes a pool table, foosball table and a 65-inch smart TV. Outside is an enclosed west facing pool and spa for relaxation after a long day at the parks or a simple stay at home getaway.

The second level has three themed bedrooms and one bathroom. One princess themed room for your little princesses, an Avenger room for superhero enthusiasts and a game room with two 50-inch TVs and two PS4s for gamers!

Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival

POOL AND SPA HEATING: Included with all stays October 14, 2021 and forward. All future pricing now include this premium amenity without the need for separate requests. Previous heating requests prior to October 14, 2021 can be rest assured that previous bookings were priced with the best pricing in mind.

GAS GRILL: Gas grill provided for convenience at $75 per booking. Includes cleaning and a propane tank. No refills. Send requests to owner or property manager during booking and checkout for reservation. Requests must be made at least 24 hours before arrival. Requests made after will incur an additional $35 charge per trip.

PLEASE NOTE: Security cameras are installed around the exterior (excluding pool area) of the house for safety reasons. Any tampering with the cameras will result in immediate removal from the premises and fines.

 The property is just as beautiful as pictured! Very close proximity to gift stores, grocery stores, and all Disney parks. Quick response time from the owner and the property management company. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, the playground was a great in between activity for our young toddlers. Each of our children 2,4, 9, and 10 were in love with the themed rooms. Very spacious for our party of 11ppl. Very pleased!!
