Our five bedroom, five bath villa features a private pool and raised spa with waterfall on an enclosed lanai for complete relaxation after a long day at the parks. New safety fence and pool door alarm to ensure safe, family fun. East facing pool and spa is not overlooked from the back with privacy panels on sides grants extra privacy, pool and spa heat is complimentary!

FIVE BEDROOMS and EN-SUITE BATHROOMS

Five bedrooms -- each with its own bathroom for maximum privacy and comfort. No fighting over bathrooms! Two of the bedrooms are elegant master king suites with ensuite shower rooms on the lower floor. A third queen-sized master, also on the lower floor, has an adjacent bathroom with tub/shower. The other two bedrooms, on the upper floor, one with twin beds and a Harry Potter theme and the other with a King bed. Each bedroom has its own flat panel TV with cable.

FAMILY AREA AND GAMEROOM

House is equipped with free high-speed WiFi through Blue Stream Fiber. Beautifully appointed living/family room features a 60” TV with Blue Stream Fiber TV. Converted garage with A/C features private Villains themed home theater with 110" 4k projector and seating for 6 for more family time enjoyment. Plus foosball table! Full size washer and dryer.

KITCHEN/DINING

Kitchen is well-equipped to prepare meals for large families in style and includes numerous small-appliances such as toaster, blender, crock pot, and coffee maker. The kitchen also has a breakfast nook that seats 4. Dining room includes seating for 6 and is located beside kitchen and features a pass through window.

 5 stars “ This was a 10/5 vacation rental property. Information provided for check-in & check-out was brief and explicit. Instruction for gate entry, amenity usage and property guide, door access and pool alarm requirement, was clear. Communication was beyond our expectations easy. Replies were immediate. The A/C wasn’t working upstairs and was fixed before we knew it was an issue. We bought hotdogs to bbq around the pool to find there was no bbq. We emailed our host in case we weren’t looking in the right place. They ordered one and had it delivered the next day! The house had EVERYTHING we needed for a weeks stay. The property was beautiful and clean. The employees at the resort and front gate were friendly. I will recommend this home to anyone l know who is looking to travel to the area. This host knows how to ensure their guests are taken care of!”

 5 stars “ Everything was great! The owners were very friendly and quick to respond. We had one minor issue with the pool light being out and they were quick to respond and repair it. The management team was very friendly and professional when they stopped in to assess the situation. The house is as described and well maintained. I loved that there were towel racks in most of the bathrooms, it seems like a small thing but we have rented so many houses that don’t have them and it is always such an inconvenience, you can never have enough racks and hooks in the bathroom when you are traveling. Another nice touch is that they have curtains and not “Florida blinds” for the sliding pool doors (if you know, you know!) The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. There were plenty of items for kids (high chair, booster etc) under the stairs, we didn’t use any of them but it was nice to see they were available if needed. The beds were very comfortable and the Rokus on all the bedroom TVs were great for being able to log into our services and stream shows. There were a lot of nice little touches like power cords with chargers placed conveniently throughout the house. This is a really nice property and our favorite one we have rented so far at Windsor Hills. Great location, great owners, and great property!”
