 Great location and central pool amenities. Kids really enjoyed using the patio pool in the evenings - no need for pool heat at this time of year (mid-March) and the water temp was refreshing. Comfortable space to land after long days at theme parks!

 Alex's place was great and spacious! We were a party of five and having bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms was excellent! We love the proximity to the neighborhoods clubhouse and pool area. The convenience of being close to Disney parks without staying on property was awesome. I would highly recommend it for anybody who has more than four people staying off property on your Disney vacation!

 This was our first trip to Disney and we debated between Disney hotel or a private AirBnB. Glad we went with this townhome. It had everything we needed and enough space for our family. The private pool as well as clubhouse pool was fun for our family and a great way to relax at the end of the day.

 Great location and really good communication with the host. The place was clean and met our needs. My kids loved the private pool in back. We also checked out the arcade, movie theater, store and large pool at the community site that was just a very short walk from the home and that was really fun too.

 The townhome felt safe within the gated community and once you checked in, it was not a problem to go in and out. The host provided extensive and clear instructions for check in and check out. The Airbnb itself was located less than 10 min from Disney world with a variety of grocery, shopping, restaurants and gas stations all nearby within 5 min. Any question we had, the host would respond to in a reasonable time. We felt this was a great value for the amount of space and location that you can't beat in Orlando. Would stay again!

 We had a great stay here. When we arrived house was ready and so clean. The location is great 10-15 min drive to Disney. Having a pool in the house was good to have but we really enjoyed the pool and water park in the complex. Alex was great , always available and checking in us to make sure we had everything we needed. My family and I agree in renting here again.

 There are so many options when choosing an Orlando Airbnb location. After the basic requirements, I knew we wanted Disney decor and this beautiful condo has it. We greatly enjoyed all of the Disney posters and artwork throughout the condo and the kids' bedroom made my children excited about our week. But I finally chose this particular condo over those managed by management companies because of so many reviews that talked about excellent communication with the owner. I am SO thankful I did this because we were supposed to go the first week Disney closed for Covid and had to reschedule our trip twice. Alex was incredibly gracious and patient through the whole process. (I think dealing with management company-owned condos would have been much more difficult.) He was also so welcoming when we finally got to make our trip last week. Everything in the condo complex is how the other reviewers have said - easy to use amenities and very secure. The condo is very clean and sunny. We loved having our own private pool for some quick swims and family down time from the parks. The complex has beautiful landscaping (some very pretty irises just bloomed while we were there, outside the front door) and we enjoyed a lovely morning run around the lake one morning. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip! Thanks so much, Alex

 Alex had a great response time whenever we needed him. We did have a couple occasions where the hot water stopped working and he was quickly to reply to me and able to fix the issue remotely. Alex had everything we needed available for our stay, including a pack
