Fabulous 5Bed,5Bath,Pool Villa,Fast Direct Quoting

 10/10 We travelled for both a bit of work and golf. The house was everything that we expected and more. It was so clean, was in a lovely area and the host was very clear on all instructions that we needed, we had no need to make any contact as all was so well organised. We were not in house that much, but loved the casual aspect of the kitchen, sofas, TV room, games room all together, made our trip so enjoyable with a great place to relax and chill after each day. The house had everything that we needed and more, and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Nothing really annoyed us about the house, it was just a great place to relax and unwind.

 Florida 2025 Very nice big house. Private pool, large kitchen. Good service. Garbage is collected every day. Nice big pool. We would book it again every time. 15 minutes from Disney. Monitored facility. Walmart 5 minutes by car. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. We can only recommend it. The cleaning crew could be a little better. 9/10

  Cleanliness, order, everything in perfect condition We found the House Incredibly Beautiful, we were a family of 7 people and each one had their place. The bathrooms are in perfect condition and super clean. We will return without a doubt.  Perfect villa Aug 2023 Booking.com 10/10 Had a perfect 3 weeks here in August, the villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's was clean, beds were comfy and the pool was brilliant, honestly couldn't fault the villa. It's is ideally located for Disney and has plenty of restaurants and shops within a couple of miles. The owners were brilliant and helpful throughout our stay, highly recommend this villa

 This much delayed return to Florida was a fantastic break. The house is in an excellent position for visits to Disney, Universal and all the other Orlando amenities. There are plenty of restaurants and a large Walmart nearby. Although we were simply happy to relax by the pool at the villa, the water park and pool on the estate looked very inviting for those with younger children.  This is our second time staying here and the place has gotten even better! There were some updates that were needed the last time we stayed here and they were done this time. This place just feels comfortable and like home. The location is excellent for all the Disney parks and Disney Springs and doesn't require Mr. Toad's wild ride on I4 to get there! The guard gate is well tended and requires a check in process before the first entry. After that, a bar code must be scanned to enter. The security is great and makes it much safer. The home itself has a security system that works good as well. The home is very well kept and the beds were comfortable. The furnishings are nice and the private pool/spa is awesome! The pool is even heated at no additional cost! There are also plenty of towels for the pool area. There is a grill on the back porch that works well too! There is a game room replacing the garage, but we didn't utilize it much. The house was clean and comfortable and we will definitely stay here again! Nothing to complain about here. The line at the front security gate can get long, but I LOVE the fact that the security is that good. A later check out time (1100?) would be nice, but we will be staying here in the future.

 5/5 This villa was excellent! This rental exceeded our expectations. You can't go wrong with this rental. Great location that is really, really close to Disney parks and close to Universal as well. The house is very nice and spacious along with the pool, spa, game room and community center you won't be disappointed with tons of options to keep everyone entertained. The Owner and Management Company communicate very well and are super responsive to any questions before and during our stay. I genuinely was impressed with both. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't imagine staying in a Disney hotel room again after experiencing the comfort, convenience and cost of this home.   5/5 Fun Family Vacation My family had such a wonderful time staying here. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do- We went to magic kingdom and sea world. We had pool days at the house and also went to the clubhouse pool. The water at the splash park was cold but the pool and hot tub were always the perfect temperature! The house was spacious, the game room was fun but we honestly spent the most time in the pool area. The pool fence was great because my little one could walk around safely inside it while and I could also watch the other kids play. We did have an issue where the pool heater was tripped and not heating but Hapirental was out within the hour to fix it. We- and by we, I mean my boyfriend ;)- also locked the wrong lock which resulted in us being locked out of the house- again Hapirentals with the save and had us back in within 15 minutes. They were super friendly. Perfect location, great amenities and overall we had a great time. We already want to go back!   5/5 Wonderful home for large family of 10 This home was clean and comfortable. My kids loved the game room in the garage. It was nice to have two master bedrooms on the main floor. The kitchen was well equipped. My family loved the pool right in the backyard! On our last day we made our way down to the clubhouse and we were so impressed! It was so much fun to play in the kids splash area/water slides. Definitely take time away from the parks and relax at this fun pool/clubhouse. There is a convenience store with essentials should you need something. There is also a small cafe to purchase hot dogs, fries, etc. We would love to come back for another stay!
