✨CLUB 34✨ LUXURY & FUN w/POOL NEAR CLUBHOUSE!

 5/5 "Fantastic condo and stay The moment we walked in my wife and I both commented how exceptionally clean this unit was (kudo to the cleaning folks as most rental units are not maintained to this level). The condo itself was perfect, completely renovated with everything you need (coolers, ice packs, umbrellas) and could probably sleep way more than the 4 people in our family comfortably. My kids loved the Xbox and bunk beds, and having 3 full baths off of all 3 bedrooms was a huge plus. The plunge pool at the condo was kept warm enough to swim in even in February, and the same can be said for the communal main pool and hot tub which were no more than a 3 minute walk. . All the grounds were immaculate and well maintained. The communal pool had bathrooms and a convenience store which has pretty good simple food options (pizza, burgers etc). This really is the perfect condo for a family visiting Disneyworld for a week. The location is ideal being close to restaurants and grocery stores while only being minutes from Disney parks, and kids can get all the swimming they can handle as well.  4/5 "Clean! Great location! Pros: Great location, easy to get to all parks, close to Walmart and other food. Unit is exactly as described by owner and well themed which was fun for the kids. Kitchen was well stocked, pool temperature was perfect. Unit was clean! We would definitely stay here again. Minor things: There were a ton of rules , signs all throughout the unit and instructions about coming and going and all that stressed us out. The living room tv didn’t work, the master bedroom tv flickered on and off while watching tv (none of these things were a big deal since we spent most of the time at parks). I also ended up buying a better toilet paper at Walmart because the one supplied was cheap and paper thin. We stayed here the second week of January and Florida experienced colder temperatures than normal and I wish we had had control of the heater/AC unit because at night we were definitely cold and could not turn on the heat."  5/5 "We absolutely loved staying at Club 34 for our trip to Disney! The house was perfect for our needs with a 3 year old and a 9 month old. Very clean and spacious while having all of the amenities we needed. The pool was heated so we could use it on the chilly days (which there were a few of). It's extremely close to the clubhouse that allowed us to walk there. I highly recommended staying at Club 34"

The property itself is nicely decorated, well kept, the dive pool was thoroughly enjoyed by my children even during the rain and 60-70 degree temperatures in November, much much warmer than the complexes pools and splash pads which are really nice but only if it is hot out! The unit is exactly how the photos look and was well stocked. My wife and I vacationed with our 3 kids and my parents, the layout of the house was perfect for us. Everybody loved the private plunge pool, and the main pool was such a short walk. There is a great playground nearby too. All of our party loved the convenience of the location to the Disney parks and couldn’t say enough great things about the owner, home and property. First, we asked for an early check-in and Tonya was very gracious to accommodate. Next, the house is immaculate, not a bug to be found. We also enjoyed all the amenities.  5/5 "Beyond expectations! I am an extremely detail oriented person, a major “planner”, and hard to please. I am obsessed with cleanliness, organization and preparedness. When I tell you these hosts thought of everything, I mean everything. I could not have done better myself, and that says a lot!! Every day a random need would come up and we would discover something else they had already thought of. This was especially true for traveling with our kids. Even down to kid sized serve ware. Cleanliness 10/10. As soon as we entered we could smell how fresh&clean it was. Not with the odor of overpowering cleaning products but just good old fashioned REAL clean. Not a trace of dust to be found. Beautifully staged, down to small details of a paper towel flower and stamped TP. If you’re worried about missing out on the “hotel experience”, don’t be. This place is set up so nicely you will think you’re at a fancy hotel. The linens are in excellent condition and the beds are SO comfortable! The deep soaking tub in the master suite would be amazing after a day at the parks. I regret not having a chance to use it! My spouse and kids really enjoyed the plunge pool. It was very warm and comfortable! We never made it to the club house, water park or community pool. But it all looked so wonderful! Such a fantastic set of amenities so close by. The community itself was top notch. Meticulously landscaped, lots of ways to walk about. I felt VERY safe! Very easy check in, deliveries, great communication with hosts!"  5/5 "We stayed for 2 weeks in July 2022, family of 4 from the Uk with kids aged 6 and 10. We could not have been more delighted with our stay at Club 34 and would 100% recommend it for anyone looking for a gorgeous place to stay that’s close to Disney and Universal. The property is kitted out to a really high standard with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The decor is really thoughtfully done, we loved all the rooms and the kids were particularly delighted with the Avengers and Harry Potter bedrooms! Our hosts were really helpful and responsive before we stayed and I’m sure would have been the same had there been any issues during our stay. We loved the splash pool and also used the resort pool on one of our rest days from the parks. There was a great atmosphere around the pool and the kids loved the splash park. The resort itself is great, really secure and other residents were really friendly. Overall our stay at Club 34 helped to make this our best holiday ever! A fantastic place to stay, close to everything, handy for Walmart and local restaurants. We will hopefully return very soon!"

 5/5 "My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Club 34 Townhouse. The size of the house was perfect for my family (2 adults and 2 children age 11 and 15) and the plunge pool was a great size (bigger than we had anticipated) and all 4 of us were able to go in and splash around a little and play ball etc. When we wanted more pool space the large communal pool and waterslides etc was also excellent. The house itself was very well equipped, with everything we could have wanted for our vacation, including many pool towels (more than we needed) and pool toys (boogie boards, pool noodles etc) as well as the essential cooking equipment, coffee makers etc (including a mickey waffle maker which my son loved!). On arrival there were starter packs of coffee and detergent etc so, arriving exhausted from on a late flight from the UK was no problem. I noticed there was a lot of equipment for babies/toddlers in the cupboards too (crib, stair gate, highchair, strollers etc), but of course our kids didn’t need that! The house and pool were exceptionally clean and well maintained and the owners Tonya and James were so helpful, both before the trip answering any questions we had on the house and area, and then while we were there quickly resolving a very minor issue with one of the TV remote the same day. Check in was easy at the gate, as the details were all sent to us before we arrived, and the electronic keypad entry meant we didn’t have to worry about collecting keys or anything, the parking space in the driveway was also convenient. Windsor Hills itself is a very well-maintained area and is fairly close to all major Orlando attractions. All in all we had a wonderful holiday and would love to go back there again someday."

 "Beautiful townhome! This property exceeded our expectations! Tastefully decorated and immaculate. Exactly what we had hoped for. Well equipped kitchen and everything was excellent quality. The small private pool was great for our college “kids” to enjoy and relax in after playing baseball as we were there for a college baseball tournament. The bedrooms are spacious and the Disney theme throughout was cute and fun but not over the top.  5/5 "This lovely Disney-themed townhouse gave us everything that we needed for our Disney vacation! The beautiful Windsor Hills community is only minutes away from the Walt Disney World Resort. A simple left turn out of the neighborhood, a right turn a mile later, then in 2 miles you're merging into the main Disney entrance roadway! We spent 5 days visiting parks and we were happy to have such an easy commute. The rental is as advertised and more! Clean, comfortable, quiet and wonderfully decorated in theme park artwork! Traveling with two small children, we appreciated that the rental came with strollers, a high-chair, pack-and-play, and tons of pool toys! We saved a ton of money by preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen and always enjoyed cooling off in our private pool! The hosts were very friendly and communicative.  5/5 "I just wanted to say that we had a great week in Florida and let you know the place was very clean. My youngest son who has chronic asthma had no issues. And he is the type that we are in the emergency room every couple months because his asthma is so so bad. His main allergies are dust and mold And many times when we go to a rental, I need to clean the bedding and pillows and throw in dryer and dust and go buy a new air filter the first day. But very happy that no issues whatsoever so that made me very happy. We look forward to returning in another year or so. Thank you again."
