 10/10 "Beautiful home Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Theme rooms were super cute especially the Harry Potter bedroom. We spent most of our time at the parks so didn't get to enjoy the large pool, water slides and other amenities, but we did utilize the small private pool and the Lanai in the home. Beds were very comfortable. We placed a WalMart order and picked it up on our way to the home. That was a huge time saver! Parks were about 10 mins away. The Mickey Mouse waffle machine is a nice added on, we enjoyed breakfast at the full equipped kitchen. The neighbourhood was quiet and the clubhouse facilities are excellent. The villa was very clean, the beds all super comfortable, linens good quality, and each room had a bathroom, which was fantastic. The kitchen had everything we needed and the dipping pool felt amazing after long days of walking and roller coasters. We went to the main pool the day we checked in and enjoyed it.  4/5 "Very nice, very close to Disney, runs AC very warm for central FL. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We really didn't spend a whole lot of time there as we spent almost all of our stay at the Disney Parks. We would need to get two rooms on any of the resorts, so for the price and space it was perfect. The unit was very clean, and the host was very good at communicating expectations for unit cleanliness. They do expect more upon checkout than other units we have stayed in but not unreasonable. The host was also very active in communicating and assisting as we checked in a few minutes early. We did have one big sticking point and this is where my lower rating on communications comes in. The AC. I fully understand that everyone has different tolerances for temperature. But it was not clear on the listing that the AC would be set to 77F during the day and this was a big shock to us as we would come back in the hottest part of the day to cool off only to find the place uncomfortably warm. Had we known this we probably would not have stayed there as my wife an I are 68F people and we both need a cool home, my body temperature runs normally hot. There is a limit on their NEST unit of 70F which is fine, but we expected to come back and cool off, not find ourselves sweating even more upon walking into the unit. Everything at this property is top notch from the decor to the comfy furniture (especially the beds and pillows) to the nice, private splash pool, to the plush toilet paper! I also had to appreciate the small things such as childrens utensils, plates, and bowls. Tonya and James have you well stocked on beach towels, strollers, a rolling cooler, and even pool toys. Thank you also for all of the start up supplies (laundry pods, dishwasher pods, garbage bags). Their property in location to the club house and main pool/water park area is prime.  5/5 "Fantastic condo and stay The moment we walked in my wife and I both commented how exceptionally clean this unit was (kudo to the cleaning folks as most rental units are not maintained to this level). The condo itself was perfect, completely renovated with everything you need (coolers, ice packs, umbrellas) and could probably sleep way more than the 4 people in our family comfortably. My kids loved the Xbox and bunk beds, and having 3 full baths off of all 3 bedrooms was a huge plus. The plunge pool at the condo was kept warm enough to swim in even in February, and the same can be said for the communal main pool and hot tub which were no more than a 3 minute walk. . All the grounds were immaculate and well maintained. The communal pool had bathrooms and a convenience store which has pretty good simple food options (pizza, burgers etc). This really is the perfect condo for a family visiting Disneyworld for a week. The location is ideal being close to restaurants and grocery stores while only being minutes from Disney parks, and kids can get all the swimming they can handle as well.  5/5 "Best Place to Stay for Disney!! Not only was this property BEAUTIFUL, but the responsiveness of the owners was amazing. They went out of their way to help make our stay stress-free & we're forever grateful. Not to mention the neighborhood was great and made us feel secure with it being a gated community. The home was immaculate & had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (& then some!). Everyone raved as soon as we opened the front door & loved their themed rooms. Stores & restaurants are incredibly close & both Disney and Universal were just a few miles away. We can't wait to stay at this property again!!! Thank you for making our vacation so wonderful!!" This townhome was super close to WDW and Disney Springs, clean and easy to access (entry procedures were straightforward and easy to follow). The host was very responsive! Overall great experience!"  5/5 "This house couldn't be more perfect for us. The decor makes you feel like you're on vacation but still subtle and not "in your face" everywhere. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the amenities provided were so helpful! The homeowners have thought of so much to make your stay comfortable and efficient without having to run around everywhere to get yourself settled on arrival. One thing you cannot tell from the photos is that the beds are comfortable. I kept hearing others that were staying at Windsor Hills saying their beds were terrible. Not ours

 5/5 "The townhouse was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Location was great for our Disney trip. We loved the private pool and the community pool was nice too. The decorations were a perfect touch! We liked that this property had a table we all could sit around and enough seating for all of us to watch TV. We had a wonderful stay!  5/5 "Your vacation home was so family friendly with all of the childcare essentials already provided (high chair, stroller, etc). The small pool and area were lovely to use when the larger community pool was too crowded. All of the kitchen essentials were provided and made cooking a meal at home easy. The decor was not only family friendly but such a fun reminder of vacation mode! It was easy to access the home through the front door lock and convenient to stores and restaurants! "

 5/5 "My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Club 34 Townhouse. The size of the house was perfect for my family (2 adults and 2 children age 11 and 15) and the plunge pool was a great size (bigger than we had anticipated) and all 4 of us were able to go in and splash around a little and play ball etc. When we wanted more pool space the large communal pool and waterslides etc was also excellent. The house itself was very well equipped, with everything we could have wanted for our vacation, including many pool towels (more than we needed) and pool toys (boogie boards, pool noodles etc) as well as the essential cooking equipment, coffee makers etc (including a mickey waffle maker which my son loved!). On arrival there were starter packs of coffee and detergent etc so, arriving exhausted from on a late flight from the UK was no problem. I noticed there was a lot of equipment for babies/toddlers in the cupboards too (crib, stair gate, highchair, strollers etc), but of course our kids didn

 5/5 "This lovely Disney-themed townhouse gave us everything that we needed for our Disney vacation! The beautiful Windsor Hills community is only minutes away from the Walt Disney World Resort. A simple left turn out of the neighborhood, a right turn a mile later, then in 2 miles you're merging into the main Disney entrance roadway! We spent 5 days visiting parks and we were happy to have such an easy commute. The rental is as advertised and more! Clean, comfortable, quiet and wonderfully decorated in theme park artwork! Traveling with two small children, we appreciated that the rental came with strollers, a high-chair, pack-and-play, and tons of pool toys! We saved a ton of money by preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen and always enjoyed cooling off in our private pool! The hosts were very friendly and communicative.  5/5 "I just wanted to say that we had a great week in Florida and let you know the place was very clean. My youngest son who has chronic asthma had no issues. And he is the type that we are in the emergency room every couple months because his asthma is so so bad. His main allergies are dust and mold And many times when we go to a rental, I need to clean the bedding and pillows and throw in dryer and dust and go buy a new air filter the first day. But very happy that no issues whatsoever so that made me very happy. We look forward to returning in another year or so. Thank you again."
