 Visited over Easter spring break. Property was exactly as described. Very clean and ample size for a large family group. Property was well designed and had everything you could need. Very good location for Disney Parks and Universal. Quiet neighbourhood on a gated complex. Pool was fantastic for the children and the outside furniture was very comfortable. Would highly recommend this property

 This was my family’s second stay at Dolce Far Niente Villa and we will be back again! Booking with Noelia was incredibly easy on short notice and she even remembered us from our previous stay. Just like our first stay the house was perfect and had everything we needed. The pool was incredibly warm (you could see the steam early in the morning and late at night) this made it amazing for my kids to go swimming without feeling cold. The other thing I want to mention is how accommodating both Noelia and her management team were. We found out at 9:30 am on our check out day that our flight had been canceled. Her management team immediately postponed the 10 am cleaning to allow us to figure out an alternate flight and connect with Noelia about extending our stay a night which we were able to do. As mentioned above our family will be back to Windsor hills soon and we will 100% be staying at Dolce Far Niente Villa. 5 out of 5 stars!

 Amazing stay! 12 of us stayed at this property during spring break. The place was clean and spacious and had all the comforts of home. Noelia ensures that you have everything you need to feel like it’s you’re home away from home. She was very responsive to any emails I sent her and her local team was equally as responsive. The pool area is large and complete with a BBQ, seating area and dining table. We most definitely will be booking this property again the next time we travel with a large party.

  Dolce Far Niente Villa was amazing! My wife and I stayed with our 3 children for a full week and it had all the accommodations you could ask for! The pool and hot tub were excellent and every morning we had our coffee out on the beautiful patio after preparing our daily cup from the coffee bar. All of the furniture and beds were very comfortable. Noelia & Javier were both truly AMAZING hosts and extremely responsive to our questions and provided great answers and made our stay very enjoyable. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone staying at Dolce Far Niente Villa based on our family’s incredible time here. We will return again!!

 Amazing villa and service ***** I recently had the pleasure of staying with my family (wife and four children) at this stunning six-bedroom villa in Orlando. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the quality of the villa and the exceptional service provided by the host, Noelia. The villa had everything we could have possibly needed and more, including spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely pool. The villa was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. One of the standout features of our stay was Noelia's attentive and responsive service. She went out of her way to ensure that our every need was met and that our stay was as comfortable as possible. We truly appreciated her warm hospitality and attention to detail. The location of the villa was perfect for us as well, with easy access to all of the major attractions in Orlando. We enjoyed exploring the local area and discovering all the fun activities that Orlando has to offer. Overall, our stay at the villa was a truly unforgettable experience, and we would love to return again in the future. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Orlando, especially for families looking for a relaxing and fun vacation.  This was the perfect place for our family of 13 during our Disney vacation. Communication with owner prior to booking, after booking, and during our stay was great. The owner checked in with us after a couple of days to make sure everything was ok. Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. Since we spent the week at Disney, this was a great spot. The drive to each of the parks was about 15 minutes. The gated community also has a large community pool that our kids loved. The adults liked having the snack station by the pool that served up heated food and alcohol. We would definitely stay again.

 Communication was great with the villa owner, we even had a welcome pack delivered on arrival, questions were answered quickly and very helpful owner. Windsor Hills feels a very secure and safe community , the shop and site pool is a bonus. The security guards on the gate are present all the time and very helpful. The villa itself is huge, plenty of space for our three families to be together but never on top of each other. The bedrooms are modern and very spacious, the master bedroom has a huge bathroom. Ceiling fans in the larger bedrooms kept us cool at night. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. There is a huge lovely comfy sofa in the lounge area with TV great for relaxing after a day at the parks. The swimming pool was clean and warm as we requested pool heating. The safety screen was a bonus having young children in our family and there was pool toys to use also. The pool sitting area was comfy with several seating options and table to eat outside , we didn’t have time to use the grill unfortunately but there was one available. The games room was amazing for the youngsters, pool, table football, games etc and well stocked with several baby items such as stroller, play pens, booster seat, high chair etc. There is a huge washer and dryer to use so washing clothes was easy done. The area around the villa and community is kept very tidy and Windsor Hills is very close to all the attractions so perfect location. We had an amazing stay and will definitely book this villa again if we return to Florida, thank you !

 The villa is truly beautiful, the modern decor throughout is a welcome change to some of the more dated decor often found in Florida villas. We had so much space, plenty of storage and the villa was well stocked with spare linen and lots of towels including a set of beach towels. Our beds were super comfortable. We opted for the villa to have a full clean and change of bedlinen half way through our stay, an extra cost but totally worth it. Our children loved the pool and the games room, especially the pool table and there were lots of inflatable toys for the pool. The coffee station was perfect to get some much needed caffeine in our system for the park days and we found lots of varieties of the pods available in all of the supermarkets ( after trying about x4 we like the Starbucks pods the best). The villa is in a perfect location, 10/15 minutes to the parks. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants close by and a very secure gated community. The facilities onsite are great, a 5 minute walk to the pool with slides and arcades and hot food available. We only visited once but it was a nice change and not too busy.

 HIGHLY RECOMMEND - AWESOME HOME I can't say enough good about this house and our experience here. We've been staying at Windsor Hills Resort for 16 years and this by far was such a great experience from the booking contact to anything we needed at the house. The location was perfect, having the home renovated recently was just an added bonus. Everything we needed was there with plenty of supplies such as towels, facecloths etc... Contact with the Manager was quick and efficient. I would definitely book this house on a return trip.

 La casa es hermosa, limpia y completa! pasamos unos hermosos días allí. Preciosa decoración ambientada al lugar (Disney)y Noelia, estuvo en todos los detalles. Si volvemos a Orlando, volvemos a DOLCE FAR NIENTE VILLA, sin dudas. El barrio, también divino y con mucha diversión para los chicos! The house is beautiful, clean and complete! we spent some beautiful days there. Beautiful decoration set to the place (Disney) and Noelia, was in all the details. If we return to Orlando, we will return to DOLCE FAR NIENTE VILLA, without a doubt. The neighborhood, also divine and with lots of fun for the kids!

 This home exceeded our expectations! Every room, bedroom, bathroom, were tastefully decorated and soooo clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. All the linens were good quality too. The home had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were well maintained also. There is a community pool and water park on site if you want a change of scenery for a bit. They had games for kids and there's a snack bar too. It has a nice little resort feel. We attended a cheer competition at Disney so the location was very convenient. The booking process was easy and the owner was very responsive to every email / inquiry. I highly recommend this property.

  We are so happy we chose to stay at dolce far niente villa for our recent vacation. It was perfect for our family and our stay. Home was impeccably cleaned Everything you could possibly need for your stay is supplied The house is very spacious, with plenty of space for everybody (there were 9 of us) Modern interior and decor The beds and main sofa were so comfortable! Noelia (the owner) was so prompt at replying to any queries or questions. She was really helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Windsor hills is a beautiful community- so well kept with a lovely pool area. We felt very safe here and only a short drive to Disney too. Cannot recommend this home enough. We hope to return one day 🙂

 Our family had a wonderful week at this beautiful, well maintained home! The size and layout allowed our five teenagers to have their own spaces. The games room with pool table, air hockey and foosball was well used as was the gorgeous pool and hot tub. The covered cabana area was well laid out with very comfortable furniture. The large kitchen had everything we needed including a pantry. The main master bedroom was well designed and the ensuite with double sinks and separate toilet area was very spacious. The dining area accommodated our large family but more often than not we used the large kitchen area (table and island). This house did not have any carpet which was important to us due to allergies. Noelia and the property management team were very responsive. When we informed them of damaged pool cues, they were replaced immediately. We highly recommend this beautiful home located in Windsor Hills and will definitely be returning!
