The Manatee Manor is a fully-equipped 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom luxury vacation villa that is situated with no one overlooking our yard or pool.  

Our home sleeps 10 guests in 3 king sized beds, 1 room with 2 twin beds, and 1 room with bunk beds (full over full). Each bedroom has a smart TV for when you need to relax after a long day exploring all that Central Florida has to offer. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. One of the downstairs Master en-suite bathrooms is equipped with a roll-in shower.

The garage has been refinished as a Super Mario themed game room which includes air conditioning, a full-sized air hockey table, a wall mounted 75″ smart TV with ability to play PS4 or Nintendo Switch, and 3 full size arcade games (Rush 2049, Big Buck Hunter & a 60 game Multi-cade). For your laundry needs we have two sets of washers and dryers to make cleaning your clothes and towels a breeze.

The gourmet kitchen features quartz counter tops and stainless appliances, and is equipped with all the gadgets needed to cook up a storm.

Out back, take a swim in our heated pool, relax with a drink while watching your favorite Netflix crime show on the 65" outdoor television and enjoy all the magic that the Sunshine State has to offer!

Our property is located on a quiet dead end street in Windsor Hills. We are a 10-minute minute walk from the clubhouse. One of the 3 playgrounds that are located in the community is only a quick 5-minute walk away.

It is about a 6 minute drive to the gates of Disney and very close to shops and restaurants on 192. It about a 5 minute drive to I4.
