Magic Disney Memory - 5 Bedrooms/5 Bath Villa

 The listing was exactly as described and communication with the host was very easy. Host was very responsive and prompt in answering our questions. House was extremely clean. Great location close to Disney! Lots of space for various family members to relax separately as well as spend time together.

 House was very nice and spacious. The pool and spa were clean and had a fence to keep kids safe from getting in. Location to DisneyWorld was ideal and Walmart was 5 minutes or less to get to for groceries. Would stay here again 100%.

 The property met our expectations based on the listing. Perfect for a large family. Nice to have a bathroom for each bed room. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and game room. Close to Disney. Secured gated community. We also uses the grocery delivery service. Would highly recommend both.

 We have rented many houses in the Orlando area for family vacations over the years, and as our family has grown, it has been more difficult to find anything that meets our needs. This house surpassed our expectations! The layout worked well, the number and location of bathrooms was great, the pool was awesome, and the game room and laundry were just ideal! There was a large enough table for us all to eat meals and play games at, which isn’t always the case. Most of all, the owners and the property manager were super responsive for any questions or concerns that we had. They always responded positively, and everything was handled very professionally. That is truly appreciated when traveling with an extended family! We will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips to the Orlando area!

 This is a great property to stay in with a family. Very clean, great owners and lots to do at the property. We came to FL for a family trip to Disney and this property is close and easy access to the expressway to get to all the parks. It takes approximately 10 mins from the house to the parks. Our family had a great time and couldn't ask for anything more!

 This was the perfect vacation home! Our family of 8 vacationed at this incredibly beautiful home for 4 amazing days. This home was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. This home was immaculately cleaned. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the game room. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the water slides and park areas for the children were an awesome bonus. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was an absolute pleasure. Don’t hesitate, this home is a must stay. It is the perfect vacation home!!

 Absolutely enjoyed this home and the area. Area has a few parks and a water park that includes your stay. mini Water park is located at the front of this gated community.

 Absolutely great! Very nice amenities and accommodations. Owners were very responsive to our needs. They did everything to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely rent from them again!!!! Windsor Hills pool and water park were amazing. Until next time!!!

 Our family spent some much needed R&R time at this location. We have stayed many times in Windsor Hills but have found a property that truly fit our needs. Over two (2) weeks, our family enjoyed amazing space both inside and out. The games room is amazing, the pool and hot tub with their associated furniture was superb, and the common space was excellent. Each bedroom had an associated bathroom with a tremendous amount of space throughout the house. It was immaculately clean. The only thing that tops the location for us was our interaction with the owners. We cannot say enough good about how wonderfully they treated us in their space. We were taken care of. We were treated like a part of their extended family -- hopefully the kind people prefer to see visit :) -- and every question we had was answered promptly and professionally. This was a special stay for us as a family after on the personal end and our trip was only enhanced by the amazing treatment we received. We will definitely be back and book this location again without question and it will be our first choice. Thanks to Ron and Lidia for amazing memories.

 The house is lovely as described and we would definitely stay again. There were some issues but the owner dealt with them quickly and is easily contactable and responsive. The pool and hot tub was lovely and warm and a real treat after a busy day at the parks. The beds were so comfortable. Windsor Hills is a great location.

 This place has it all! Great amenities, well stocked, spacious and close to everything. The pool was a great way to end the day! Even though it was in the 80s I recommend paying for the heat pump. Hot tub gets to 104 degrees and is nice to soak in after walking all day. I cannot say enough about the owners and manger. Great people to work with! It really does make a difference. I like how the owner handles all the communication and the manager resolves problem or concerns! Most houses in Orlando are 100% managed by a company. They don’t care about you, the house or your vacation. Ron, Lidia and Dave are the best! As a VRBO property owner, myself, I appreciate their effort, cleanliness and thoughtfulness. I’ve rented 3 houses previous to this one and never returned…this one I’ll return to.

 Everything we needed This home was great for us. The pool was great for the kids. Hot tub was amazing after we let it warm up!! At other stays there was a binder of helpful tips and expectations. Also included were maps of the area, and recommendations for places to eat.
