Location

Windsor Hills is a gated community for peace of mind. Guest information will be given to the guard at the front gate before checking in. We will send you all the details you need to know a few days before check-in. After checking in with the guard you will be given a parking and gate pass for the duration of your stay. Parking is free and right outside the condo entrance. The building has two elevators or stairs. Once on property you will have access to all of the amazing amenities Windsor Hills has to offer, like their Resort style pool with hot tub as well as the waterpark with 2 huge tube waterslides , fitness and business centers, sundry shop and market grille, private movie theater, playgrounds, tennis, basket and volleyball courts, putting green and more!

We think this beautifully updated condo�s view, location, and amenities are the best, an we are so excited to share it all with you. It has amazing pool AND lake views from the screened in balcony!

This condo is in a 24/7 gated community of Windsor Hills is beautifully maintained with so much to do and is so conveniently located for all the fun in the area. A very easy, few minutes drive to Walt Disney World! Everything you could need and more for a perfect Florida vacation getaway!

The unit is literally steps from the back entrance to the pool! It has 3 bedrooms with a Master Suite with a king sized bed, second room with a queen sized bed, and a third with a Full/Twin bunk beds with a twin trundle, and additionally full size sofa sleeper in the living room. There is plenty of extra bedding, pillows, bath towels, and pool towels. Wall mounted Smart TVs in every bedroom.

There are two full bathrooms, with a tub and two showers, plenty of storage space, plus hair dryers in each.

The kitchen has recently been remodeled and has all new appliances, with filtered water and an ice maker in the refrigerator. It is fully equipped with everything you will need, (even a Mickey Waffle maker!) including a programmable coffee maker, French press, K-cup coffee maker, toaster, travel coffee mugs, storage containers, pizza and cookie baking sheets, blender, kids plates and utensils, and so much more!

There is a full size washer and dryer set in this unit for all your laundry needs. A nice desk work station in Master bedroom. Unit includes two pack n� plays with sheets, a stroller, highchair, bouncy seat, and booster seat for children.

 Before even booking Brian’s place, I was blown away by his communication. He had prompt and thorough responses that helped me feel at ease traveling with two young kids. The location was PERFECT. Not too far from the airport, close to anything we could need, and a quick drive to anywhere on Disney property. The property was amazing. My son (4) loved the pool and my husband and I even enjoyed the big water slides. The rental property itself met every one of our needs - including a stroller, high chair, and pack n play. We even came across extra outlet covers for child proofing! I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars and this will be my first choice the next time we are in the area!
