Beautiful four bedroom single level villa (no stairs) less than a three minute walk from the Windsor Hills pool area and clubhouse.

Bedroom 1: Overlooking the private pool is the Caribbean Suite and principal master bedroom which features a Queen Bed, full dresser, wall-mounted flat-screen TV and private bathroom.
Bedroom 2: The Regatta Suite is located toward the front of the villa and features a nautical theme, King bed, full dresser, a salon chair, wall-mounted flat-screen TV and private bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Mickey's Mini-Suite is perfect for the kids and features two Twin beds, in-wall entertainment hutch with a flat-screen TV, DVD and VHS player with plenty of movies, children's books, many toys (look under the beds) and family board games. Also has a semi-private bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 4: African Safari Bedroom (Can you say Hakuna Metata?) is such a fun room and decorated accordingly. This room features two Twin beds, flat-screen TV, DVD's, books, and plush toys. Also, has a private bathroom!

Enjoy the private (free heating November-March, $25 per day the rest of the year) swimming pool and spa with no rear neighbors. Have fun swimming or relax on the covered patio with ceiling fans. Also features outdoor dining table and lounge chairs.

For the safety of little ones there is also a child safety fence around the pool you can use.

Other features of this home include a fully stocked kitchen with both Cuisinart and Keurig coffee makers, a blender, waffle maker, plenty of pots and pans, dishes, glasses and plastic storage containers. It also has WIFI and a recently added brand new dining table. A BBQ grill is also provided at no extra charge, however we do kindly ask each guest to clean it after use and refill the propane if needed.

We know traveling with small children can be a challenge too, so we try to help by having two pack and plays (one with a bassinet attachment), single stroller, double stroller, umbrella stroller, high chair and even a booster seat for the dining table.

Enjoy hours of fun in the air conditioned Games Room! It comes with a new slate top billiard table, air hockey, foosball table and an xbox 360 (available on request). There are also tennis rackets, tennis balls, basketballs, soccer balls, a football and golf balls with putters to use in the play areas around Windsor Hills.

MAX of 3 vehicles allowed including visitors. Please plan accordingly as we can only issue 3 parking passes per guest stay.

IMPORTANT COMMUNITY INFORMATION:
The community pool will be closed for about a month for re-plastering starting on September 5, 2024.
The water park and spa are supposed to remain open.

Villa Oasis is less than a three minute walk to the resort pool area and clubhouse with no rear neighbors! You can also walk to the sport courts (basketball, tennis & volleyball) and putting green in under two minutes as well.

 The house was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. The pool and games room were wonderful and the house was clean and kitchen well-stocked. The property management team was lovely to work with and we hope to return!

 This was our second time in this home and it was better than the first. The home is very well decorated with theme rooms for the kids. The kitchen contains as many dishes and tupperware containers to do any type of cooking. The pool was lovely, warm and clean. All ages enjoyed the pool and the sunny area. We love it here and hope to return next year.
