Family equipped 2 mi to Disney, close to clubhouse

 We spent another wonderful vacation at the house in Windsor Hills. My wife and I have been back several times and we are never disappointed. The admin team has been fantastic to deal with and we are always well treated and well informed. The house has lots of lounge space, comfortable space in the bedrooms, the kitchen is well stocked, the BBQ is a fantastic addition, the pool is clean, and the beds are comfortable. What more could we ask? Highly recommended.

 Had an amazing 10 day stay. The villa was exactly as shown in the photo's, my kids loved the safari room. The pool area was perfect and the fact there was already pool floats etc meant we didnt need to buy any and the kids could get in straight away. One of the reasons we booked this villa at Windsor Hills was due to the commual pool as on our chill days it was only a few minutes walk away and the kids enjoyed the splash park and slides and we could grab a bite to eat there so it still felt like we were still doing something. Loved people watching too and everyone was really friendly. The villa has everything you need and a bonus of washer and dryer which meant we took no dirty clothes home. Loads of storage in the bedrooms and everywhere was lovely and clean, some essentials were provided too such as washing up liquid, a cloth and dishwasher and washing tabs- and along with towels were beach towels for the pool which was appreciated. There is a walmart about 4 minutes drive and restaurants including a mcdonalds around 5 minutes drive. Disney springs was about 15 minutes away and universal about 35. Orlando is so big, no matter where you stay you will need to do a bit of travelling. If I am being really pinickity, a few of the cupboards in the kitchen (and drawers in the Mickey room) could do with condensing as although lots of space, there was lots of stuff too. It really is a home from home and would 100 per cent rebook and recommend to other's.

 Perfect for all of us. Very well appointed. Clean. Just right for the post Disney weekend. Staff was helpful when I forgot the code to the front door. No hesitation for a return stay at this complex.

 The living room leather sofa was very comfortable. The 4 yo loved the Mickey Mouse themed bedroom. Our 8 yo loved the X-Box. The game room was a plus and of course the pool and spa was great!!The kitchen was nicely stocked with anything needed for cooking. We had a wonderful time.

 The villa was simply perfect for what we needed. There were only 6 of us and had plenty of room...but you could easily have a family of 8 and it still be roomy. The photos don't do it justice for how big the living room / kitchen area is. We were surprised by the size - it was great! The swimming pool and games room were a hit with the kids. The swimming pool is in the sun ALL DAY! The villa is located approx 15 minutes from the Magic Kingdom & other Disney Parks which was a dream in the mornings in order to get there early. Universal was around 30 minutes away. We did a lot of research as location was v important to us and it really was perfect. We didnt use the Clubhouse much but it was around a 2-3 minute walk from the villa so that was extremely useful too. All in all we couldn't have been happier with our stay and if we are looking to come back to Florida for another villa stay...this will be our first option for sure! Thank you for a great stay!  Great gated location great amenities and excellent clear communication during the booking process. The house was spacious and the game room and pool were a huge plus for my young boys.

 Great Vacation Home The house worked well for our family of 6. The kids loved the pool and the game room. We appreciated the extras that were provided like pool toys, lots of games, and basketballs so my son and nephew could use the community basketball court.

 This is our second time staying at this villa. We had 4 adults and 4 children (ages 10-5). We stayed 8 nights end of January. The pool heater worked great as kids were in it almost everyday at all different times of the day. Less than 15 minute drive to each Disney park the house has everything needed for a fabulous stay. We plan on coming back to the same house for our next Disney trip :)

 My family and I really enjoyed our time at the vacation house. The house we stayed in had everything we needed and was a great place to relax after a busy week at Disney World. My daughter really loved the themed rooms! The amenities and public pool were great and we really enjoyed spending time in the sun poolside. I would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend as a place to vacation!

 Villa is as advertised. Nice large rooms. Pool is super nice. Great location relative to the parks. If you are prepared for security check-in then it is no problem. Communication with management was great. We knew everything we needed to know before arriving. We would certainly come again next time we visit!

 The house was perfect for my family. My sister and her daughter, my parents, my kids, my wife and I. We had plenty of space. The pool was the cleanest and warmest, we vacationed with two other families. The service before and during our stay was amazing. From navigating the airport to registering at the gate, everything was stress free. Jennifer even took time out of her week end to register my cousin at the gate so she could visit for dinner.  This was our second time in this home and it was better than the first. The home is very well decorated with theme rooms for the kids. The kitchen contains as many dishes and tupperware containers to do any type of cooking. The pool was lovely, warm and clean. All ages enjoyed the pool and the sunny area. We love it here and hope to return next year.

 Everything from check in to leaving was wonderful. The home was well equipped for cooking or grilling. The pool and hot tub were warm and welcoming. The patio area was lovely. The only problem was there were only 5 dining room chairs and we were 6. Easily managed. Would love to return.

 We absolutely would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation! The house is just as described and pictures are completely accurate. My 5 year old LOVED all the extra toys that were in the Mickey Mouse room! The house was clean and pool was warm upon arrival. The only thing to note was that the spa is not a hot tub. This was our first time renting a house and we would definitely stay here again and recommend. There were plenty of extra amenities and overall loved Windsor Hills. We LOVED it and can't wait to go back!!

 The home is very bright and welcoming. Each bedroom had a really good theme and very comfortable beds. The pool is spacious, the jacuzzi hot, and the patio is very a cool place to be the heat. We enjoyed the kitchen and having access to a grill is a huge bonus. The furniture in the living room is fantastic to watch movies from on the big TV. The game room offers hours of included fun for everyone. Definitely worth the stay and then some. Highly recommend.

 The house and pool were very clean and had everything our family needed for a great week. We especially loved the heated pool/spa after long days at the beach and Disney! Our big kids (teens and adults) enjoyed the game room as well. We would happily come back if we vacation in the area again.
