Next to Clubhouse, Pool & Waterpark

 My family loved this place! It was exactly what we needed for a peaceful stay. It's close to the parks, has all the needed amenities of home, and was very convenient. David was proactive with his communication and very responsive when we had any questions. I would 100% recommend this property!

 My two kids and I stayed at this clean and organized unit. We had everything we needed to cook meals. The kids loved the beds and the screened balcony to eat and drink, while getting some fresh air.  This is the 2nd time I have stayed in Kissimmee for a Disney World trip, but 1st time I have stayed in David's condo. I will most definitely consider staying here again for a future trip. There is so much available to do on site for when taking relaxation time away from DW and the condo's location is easily accessible to getting to all four DW parks; as well as, shopping and restaurants. The condo itself was homely and had all the necessary amenities while away from home. Great spot!

 It was a home away from home. The house was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The host thought of everything we might need and then some. The parks were minutes away. Places to shop and to get food very nearby. If I were to visit Orlando again, I definitely would hope that this place would be available. I give it five stars and two thumbs up. Thank you David!!☺️

 First David is an amazing host! He was always so quick to get back to me on anything and very sweet! we had an amazing stay my boys loved their room, and it was very close to the parks which was a big plus. The pool (heated) was a big hit with my 6 yr old. We would absolutely stay at David's place again no hesitation. For all that's included it is a steal for sure.

 This property was perfect for us, we have 3 kids so the boys had their own room. It was very clean, there were plenty of towels and essentials, the condo was also spacious and near tons of stores. The locations was centric to everything. The host was also wonderful and accommodating. We would stay here again.

 We had a great experience staying in this place. It was safe and secured since it was a gated community. It is very convenient especially the location is near from tourist spots and has it's own resort waterpark my toddler enjoyed! David was a wonderful host, he was always responsive and accomodating to what we need. The place itself was clean, beautiful, and very family friendly.  David was excellent to work with from day 1. He responds to questions immediately and is always very nice. The condo was lovely and immaculate. It gave us lots of space to spread out and relax, a kitchen to cook in, and all of the resort amenities to enjoy. Security was excellent and the location was perfect for our days at Disney, shopping and dining nearby. We loved our stay and will surely plan to come back!

 Apartment was in a great location easy drive to Disney. Lots of restaurant close and a new huge Walmart less than 5 mins down the road. Great wifi and tv. Furnished to a very good standard. Big double bedrooms plenty of storage space and good seating area. Resort is nice. Good pool and slide area.

 This condo is close to everything you want on a Disney vacation. It is only about 10 min to Disney properties.. The pool and waterpark are steps from the building.. (there is a chance the grand kids liked the water park more than Disney) And it was only 3 min to Walmart. (Place your order for pick up when you arrive and you are fully stocked right from the start of your trip) The condo itself is very clean. The kitchen has anything you need to prepare meals and snacks. They even had a corkscrew and wine glasses. The beds and couches are quite comfortable. Great place to gather. We stay at many vacation rentals and this is a well appointed condo. You will not be disappointed.

 The condo itself was very nice and clean, exactly like the pictures and beautiful decor. The resort is large and was pretty crowded but we spent little time on the resort grounds. Close drive to Disney parks.

 The decor was beautiful and it was a spacious place. I appreciated the two bedrooms and the two bathrooms. 3 women were able to stay comfortably without getting into each other's way. We weren't able to visit the pool but had a view of it and it looked beautiful. Would definitely visit again.

 My family spent the last week of the year in this property and we had a blast! Everything is new and the resort pool was great as well. The only downside was getting access to the apartment - took a little longer than expected but not a big deal. We enjoyed our stay overall.
