 Thank you for an amazing stay during our Disney vacation! Your place truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect - so close to the Disney parks as well as many great attractions and restaurants. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We couldn't have chosen a better place and will be back again.

 We had a great stay. The only complaint was the AC struggled to get below 73/74 degrees, which was a bit stuffy at night. Fortunately there were fans in every room and that was a big help.

 The amenities at this resort are great for kids. The pool music can be noisy and goes on until 10pm so plan to bring a sound machine for small kids. Location is about 17-20 minutes from Disney parks (a little further than we expected) and 30-40 minutes to universal studios.

 I don't think I could say enough about this place and the hosts! We booked here months ago and had to cancel within the window of not receiving a full refund. My Dad had a fatal stroke and we had to cancel our trip. They were compassionate and issued us a full refund. During such a difficult time emotionally and financially for our family they didn't add to the stress of it. We wanted to rebook with them and we had a blast. Thank you for being such genuine human beings!

 We had a fantastic stay here! Me, my wife, our 2 year old son and 8 year old daughter absolutely loved it! My cousin who lives in Florida also visited for 2 nights and they accommodated her very easily with her own vehicle. The location is perfect. The community there is fantastic. Everything is clean. This unit is extremely close to the pool like a 30 second walk to the pool, game room, and the clubhouse store. Location to Disney and universal is perfect as well. 15 min to Disney and 25 min from universal. Definitely recommend to any family!

 It was very much like the pictures and more....the little special touches in the place were so great, from the extra towels to the little shampoos and soap toiletries. The place was immaculate and beds were very comfortable! Also very close to all the attractions. We had one issue but Jeff was very quick and responsive to get the problem fixed.  We were very pleased with the apartment/condo. It was very clean and neat. Beds were comfortable. Access to the pool with slides was easy and so close! We absolutely loved our stay here!! A very nice Walmart is less than a mile away, which was so convenient. Washer and Dryer are very nice. I can't complain about anything at Jeff's place. It was so perfect. Also, I'm super picky using rental dishes, silverware, pans, etc. Everything in the kitchen was great! Nice, heavy silverware that wasn't cheap feeling. Dishes were nice also. Also, we did NOT see one bug or spider....nothing. NO weird smells or stains. Really everything was superb!

 Great and spacious apartment close to the Disney parks, and a large Walmart is within walking distance. Parking is available in front of the building at all times. The apartment is spacious and has absolutely everything you need, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. There are TVs in every room. The swimming pool is just a few steps away and is very large and beautiful, though not deep (more for playing/splashing/relaxing not so much for swimming). The complex is primarily used for families with small children. The hot whirlpool is great. There's also a small convenience store and a gym. Communication with the owners was straight forward and clear, and even a clogged toilet was fixed the same day. Highly recommended!

 We had a fantastic stay at this lovely Airbnb! The location was perfect, and the communication with the host (Jeff) was seamless. The space was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and quiet - a great combo for a relaxing stay. It was also fantastic for our kids, with plenty of thoughtful touches and hidden extras that made our lives as parents so much easier. Examples such as bedtime books, extra blankets, strollers, kid sized dishes and tumblers, and a step stool in the bathroom. The only thing that would take this place to the next level is a modern update to the bathrooms. However, this minor quibble didn't detract from our overall enjoyment of the space. We'd highly recommend this Airbnb to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We will definitely look to stay here again and would recommend the unit to family, friends, and colleagues!

 If I'm being honest, I probably shouldn't give this place such a glowing review-because then everyone will want to stay here and it might not be available next time I come back! But here it goes: This Airbnb was simply perfect. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need-especially if you're travelling with a baby or young kids. From baby gear to fun entertainment for little ones, it's clear the hosts thought of everything. The kitchen? Fully stocked like you're staying with your super organized best friend who loves to cook. The whole place felt like home. It's also the perfect place to stay if you're going to the Disney parks-super close and convenient. There's even a Target and Walmart nearby that are full of Disney themed goodies (great for grabbing last-minute ears or souvenirs). Just don't try to go right after the parks close-unless you're into chaos and packed stores.

 The location is right next to the pool which we loved. The pool does close down at 10pm which is great so it wasnt loud at night. Make sure to bring laundry soap and shampoo and conditioner. This home had everything else we needed and was a great vacation for my family.

 Really great space. Well decorated, nice amenities. Furniture all in very good condition. Very close to Disney Parks. I'm not sure you can't get closer without being on site. It was nice to be able to quickly come home for a mid day break before heading back to the parks. Very close to the pool which also includes the only negative I have about this home. From 8am to 10pm they are playing music at the pool plus general pool noise. So while I can sleep through anything others struggled to sneak in a nap. I still gave it five stars. We would all stay here again happily. One of the better STRs we've stayed at.

 We booked Jeff's place for our Disney vacation. I had a hard time deciding between his place and on site at Disney. I was not disappointed. This place was awesome. Very easy to get to all the Disney parks...literally just a few miles away and we never ran into traffic issues. The pool and splash pad area were very nice! My kids, granddaughter and I all enjoyed. Jeff was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely book with him again.

 Jeff's place and amenities were excellent. The home is actually the second closest home to the pool and facilities. We were mainly there for the facilities and not Disney so that was perfect for us. It was a short walk around the fence into the pool which we thoroughly enjoyed daily. The home itself was very comfortable. Three bedrooms, two large baths, a kitchen, dining room and living room. There is a small outdoor patio that is fenced in also. There were always parking spots right in front of the home which was very convenient. We had a lovely visit and would definitely stay there again.

 Great place, as described. The restaurant at the pool was inexpensive and the food was decent. The accommodations were great, and super clean. The place didn't have any "extra" items such as a pizza cutter, koozies, pool bags, beach toys, not a deal breaker but just little things we've noticed other vacation homes have. :)Great place and close to the pool too! You couldn't heaer anything from the outside.

 My family and I had a great time. Perfect for kids with strollers were perfect for disney, a pack n play, and high chair. The pool was perfect, with the clubhouse also hosting DJs and movie night. As someone else mentioned only the big pool is heated so it was a little cold on the waterside but we still went down and enjoyed! Very family friendly.

 My family and I had such a good time. The condo was beautiful and the beds super comfy. We loved how close it was to the pool, we could walk out the back door, down the sidewalk about 200 fee and be there. The pool was so warm and deepest part was 4'10" so we felt very comfy with the kids swimming. The hot tub was nice and my kids loved the water slides. It was also close to Disney and Universal and pretty much every restaurant or shop you could want. We cant wait to come back.

Only a few minute drive to the parks, we spent mornings and nights park hopping and afternoons by the pool. Very very good communication, easy check in, house was stocked with everything we needed. Walmart was only a 2 min drive away. Soo many restaurants. We will return thank you!

 Beautiful place to stay! This condo is the perfect place to stay when on vacation with your family. Quick walk to the pool, beautiful space inside, clean and decorated so well. The kids had plenty of space , two bathrooms made it much easier and access to laundry as well! The resort in itself is beautiful, with large pool, splash pad/water slides, food by the pool, basketball courts. So much to offer. Jeff and Michelle always respond quickly to email and are very helpful. We would recommend staying in this condo to anyone who is heading to Florida. I can certainly say, we will be back again.

 Great Stay! This lovely condo located on the first floor was just what we needed! The pool was close by and the condo was nicely decorated. Jeff and Michelle were very responsive to questions and made the process very easy. We were in town for soccer at the Wide World of Sports Complex and our family of 4 (including 1 college aged child) were very pleased with our stay. We were grateful to have a full size washer and dryer and comfortable beds. The sports complex, the Disney parks, and Disney Springs are all short drive with the outlets and Universal just a little further. We will return!

Only caveat is to know that there is a long line of cars right at 4p on a Saturday during spring break looking to get registered initially to get into the community.  This spacious 3 bedroom condo is beautiful. We felt right at home in this condo. The furniture was very comfortable and up to date. The towels were luxurious. The kitchen was by well supplied with kitchen dishes, pots, pans and utensils. It was nice being close to the pool and being on the first floor. The owners are very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

 We stayed in Jeff and Michelles condo at Windsor Hills and loved it. Gated community, felt safe, beautiful grounds, helpful staff. When we walked into their condo it was wonderful, spacious and clean, 3BR, 2 bath, decorated lovely, cozy and comfy. They provided everything and more that anyone would need, over and above what we have been provided in other condos we have rented. Nice little screened in porch to sit and read or watch people going by. The location to the pool area is very close and the pool is great. Distance to Disney is not far, also restaurants nearby. It is a 5 star experience and we would got back again. Thanks Jeff and Michelle!

 We loved our time at Windsor Hills. Apartment is great , located right in front of the pool, which was a lifesaver for me as I have a nine-year-old who always leaves something behind. We spent a couple of days at Disney parks. The location is perfect even with traffic we never had to drive more than 15 to 20 minutes, the apartment is very clean, welcoming and exactly as described. It was a great place to escape to after long days at the park. Loved the pool area. As someone who always gets cold, really enjoyed the heated pool. Jeff was very responsive and answered all my questions within minutes. We will be back next year.

 Exactly what we hoped for! Our family arrived much later than we were originally scheduled. So to say we were ready to just relax and be home would be an understatement. Thankfully, Jeff and Michelle have a place that is so cute, cozy, and homey, we had no problem settling in. Even my 3 teenagers loved it!! The location was absolutely perfect, the beds and furniture were comfortable, and by the first morning there, my kids were asking if we could come back again. Thank you to Jeff and Michelle, for always being available to answer questions, offer advice, and for giving us a place to call home. We most definitely would like to come back. And, likely will the same time next year.

 Wow! What another amazing family vacation with Jeff and Michelle as our hosts. The condo was absolutely amazing and everything we remembered. It has everything and we kept commenting on how much we felt at home there. Although the temperatures were a bit cooler the pool was at 84 degrees so we were able to take advantage of multiple pool days and even enjoyed some night time swims. We ventured out to International drive for the day and one other day to Clearwater Beach. The beach was an hour and twenty minutes and a beautiful drive. We also checked out the Toronto Blue Jays spring training facility in Dunedin. This was the perfect family vacation, we wanted for nothing! Thanks again for your amazing hospitality Jeff and Michelle!

 This condo was exactly as described. Jeff's communication and organization was extraordinary and he was extremely accommodating. The unit was perfect for our family of 4 adults and a 2 and 4 year old. There is plenty of baby gear available - we used the high chair (very comfy and clean), there is also a pack n play and a couple of strollers. There are a few games - our kids really enjoyed playing with the blocks. The kitchen is well equipped-including kids' dishes, cups and utensils. The washer and dryer are huge. The pool and water slides are nice and very close but we didn't end up getting much time there - we were too busy at Disney. We brought our own kitchen trash bags, laundry soap, kleenex, bath soap and shampoo and paper towels. The drive to the Disney parks was 10-15 minutes and we had almost no traffic. We were able to come back in the middle of the day for kids' naps and return to the parks later in the day. I would definitely stay there again.

 Overall great place to stay. I wished I would have known about the resorts policy of not being able to invite the rest of my family over to swim with us. Invited guests are not allowed in by the pool. There were no laundry tabs available for us to use. We had to go buy our own which was ok but inconvenient. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, if not you will run out. Other than that, place was great for us.

 This newly renovated condo in Kissimmee was perfect for our family getaway!Welcoming from the moment we made the reservation with timely responses and an immaculate vacation spot for the week. Jeff even went out of his way on more than one occasion to accommodate our family to make the vacation that much more special! Located just minutes from Magic Kingdom and a wide variety of restaurants & Walmart. Not to mention the short walk to the pool (many other tenants had to drive). The amenities of the complex gave the kids a wide variety of entertainment on the days we took a break from the parks. I cant recommend this destination enough thank you Jeff!! We'll definitely be back!

 Our stay was very enjoyable, Jeff was very responsive and helped with any question asked. We were coming down with two families and the space would have definitely worked for both families. We had asked Jeff about a higher chair as we had a 1 year coming down, at the time there wasn't one but just before our trip he messaged us and told us that they had picked up a highchair and it would be there for us, I felt like that was above and beyond. The location is great right at the pool which is amazing, only negative is the pool stays open til 10 and the master bedroom doesn't have blackout curtains so the light shines in until midnight when they turn the lights off at the pool area. There is lots of restaurants and shopping close by however Walmart is a zoo on good days. The gate is monitored 24/7 and it is comfortable and safe walking around with your littles in the grounds. I would definitely recommend this condo for a family or two.

 What a wonderful property! We came in expecting just a place to stay while we did Disney and SeaWorld. However, once we arrived we wished we had allotted more time to spend just at the resort! The condo was wonderfully maintained and well stocked. They paid attention to the little things that are so important, like having toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags and even laundry pods complimentary. Each room was roomy with plenty of storage for our 7 night stay. There was ample space for our family of 5 for relaxing after a busy day. The location to the pool was the best part of this place! Being on the first floor was a game changer and the pool was just steps away. Be cautioned that the convenient location does come with increased noise at night as the pool does not close until 10pm, but we were not bothered. The pool and amenities of the resort were amazing. The pool had activities every day that our family enjoyed. Our kids loved the water park and we all loved cooling off every night after walking the parks all day! The location is great if you are visiting the parks as well. We visited every Disney park and it, many times, took less than 15 minutes to get to any park. We would come back to the condo in the afternoon and cool off by the pool and then return to the park in the cooler evening when we were reenergized. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions! And a small aside, their check out process was the easiest of all of the VRBO's that we have had before. It truly was an amazing stay.

 This condo is spectacular!!!!! It is even better then what is described in the listing. It was spotless. Had more then your basic amenities like food storage containers and sandwich baggies which we really appreciated since we usually eat in. In house laundry. Easy parking. Nice community pool just out the front door. There is a Walmart literally 3min away. And our door to door drive to Disney was about 15min. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a very nice place close to the Disney parks! Jeff was so easy to communicate with and I feel we got value for our money. It comfortably was enough space for 4 adults and 2 kids.

 Poolside condo for 3 generations was perfect! The walk to the pool was so quick for our 2- and 3-year-old plus if we forgot something. The condo is beautifully and efficiently decorated. Every amenity is considered to make your stay comfortable as well as convenient. We appreciated the pool towels and the toys for the kids. Our grandson was so excited to see Mickey and Minnie in his room. And the bathroom had so much room for a family of 4. Having all of Disney so close, as well as Walmart and restaurants, kept our drive time to a minimum. Jeff is prompt and patient with all your questions and requests.

 We had a great stay at Jeff's place with our family of 6 (including 2 kids). It was the perfect amount of space for us. We enjoyed the easy access to the pool and complex office. Also the place was very near a Walmart for grocery shopping and close to to drive to the Disney Parks. A hit overall!!

 We absolutely loved our stay here. It was super close to Disney but offered us 3 bedrooms for the price of a single standard room hotel on property. The location of our condo was perfect. Super close to the pool, game room, and convenient store. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our family's first stay at Disney so wonderful! We will hopefully be back soon!

 Just returned from two full weeks in Orlando staying at this wonderful condo. There were six of us, made up of our family of four (two children ages 8 and 10) plus two grandparents. We could not have asked for anything more out of an AirBnB. We did almost every day in Walt Disney World, and nothing on the property was more than 15-20 mins away even with traffic, with many of the Parks even within about 10 mins. I had only ever stayed on the Disney property prior to this, and I can honestly say we got to most parks quicker than we would have on Disney transportation from their resorts. Every possible amenity is even closer, all within 5 minutes by car. Purchasing groceries versus daily Disney restaurants and snacks saved us a huge amount of money, and an enormous and nice Walmart is about 1 minute up the road. Windsor Hills is very nice, well maintained, and very secure. Check in to the property was very easy, and we felt very safe throughout. This particular condo is most definitely one of the best positioned in the entire complex. It is very near the gate, had ample parking, and is extremely close to where you park with no stairs / elevator involved. For our children, the 20 second walk to the incredible pool was perfect. Despite that proximity, a fence and garden separates the pool area from your patio, meaning you never actually feel like the excitement at the pool invades the peacefulness of your space. For our family, it was quite literally the best of every world. The unit was beautiful and well-maintained. The setup of the rooms gave the grandparents their own space with a bathroom, and our family a bathroom with our own two bedrooms. It

 Jeff and Michelle's place is truly the perfect way to experience a week in Orlando! We LOVED staying here. The location of Windsor Hills is close to the parks but a welcome retreat from the craziness. This particular condo is in a perfect location and as close to the resort pool as possible. The owners put so much care into making this a comfortable, clean space. The condo was fully stocked with everything we could have needed (pool towels, kitchenware, pack n play, etc.) (Note: the coffee maker is a keurig so coffee people bring your k-cups!) Communication with the hosts was easy, we had no issues at all throughout our stay, but if we did, there was clear information on who to contact. We cannot recommend this condo enough and hope to be back in the future! Thank you!

Jeff and Michelle are on top of the ball replying ASAP alongside giving us our parking passes and codes even before our start day to have a smooth check in.
