Perfect location, close to Disney and the airport! Our kids had a blast with the castle playground and the water park. The host was great to work with, and the townhouse was exactly what we needed!

The townhome was just as pictured!! We were very relieved and happy to have a clean, comfortable, chic place to stay and relax after long days at the Convention Center. The amenities were great, the community was quiet and Chris was amazing with his communication. Looking forward to the next stay!

Family Friendly Home and Area
Townhome worked out great for my family. Loved the large rooms and separate bathrooms. The home was super clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was great for going to the parks. I enjoyed the pool at the house and the public pool. It was also nice having Walmart and Starbucks right down the road. The area was family friendly and it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is very comfortable, very well equipped. It has everything you need. It is close to the parks and there is a condominium with a delicious pool for the kids.

It was an easy check in process since we arrived after 10pm. The house was large and very nice, it was clean and no smells. It was spacious and the water pressure in the showers was perfect. The pool was warm enough and surprisingly deep for the size of it. It was a perfect end to a long day of walking at Sea World. The tvs had plenty of channels and the beds were comfortable. The community pool area was great and the kids enjoyed the slides and water area. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again.

With the exorbitant prices for Disney Hotels during the holiday season, this place was a great find. With reasonable fees, location to parks and amenities you will be more than happy with your choice to stay here! Kids (or even adult fans) will love the Toy Story Room.

This house was exactly what we needed. It was so clean and had extras for little kids that really helped. The clubhouse and pool/splash pad were perfect. The townhouse was super clean and the hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive. We'd love to stay again!

We would highly recommend this vacation home. It was close to Magic Kingdom and lots of other attractions. The resort pool and splash pad were awesome and a short walk from the condo. The house was spacious and fit our family of four comfortably. They supplied more trash bags, toilet paper and dish soap than I have seen in other VRBO rentals. They have extra towels and pool toys which is really nice.

Plenty amenities and things to do onsite and offsite. Very close to Disney Epcot (~13 min).
About a half hour from Seaworld and Universal Studios.

It was a home away from home. The house was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The host thought of everything we might need and then some. The parks were minutes away. Places to shop and to get food very nearby. If I were to visit Orlando again, I definitely would hope that this place would be available. I give it five stars and two thumbs up. Thank you David!!☺️

Loved our trip!! Came with two teens and a 7 year old! Everyone had space for themselves, pool was great, and the location too! Walmart is right down the street has everything you need and everything you forgot!! Would come again!! Thank you!!

The moment we walked in my wife and I both commented how exceptionally clean this unit was (kudo to the cleaning folks as most rental units are not maintained to this level). The condo itself was perfect, completely renovated with everything you need and could probably sleep way more than the 4 people in our family comfortably. My kids loved the bunk beds, and having 3 full baths off of all 3 bedrooms was a huge plus. The plunge pool at the condo was kept warm enough to swim in even in February, and the same can be said for the communal main pool and hot tub which were no more than a 3 minute walk. . All the grounds were immaculate and well maintained. The communal pool had bathrooms and a convenience store which has pretty good simple food options (pizza, burgers etc). This really is the perfect condo for a family visiting Disneyworld for a week. The location is ideal being close to restaurants and grocery stores while only being minutes from Disney parks, and kids can get all the swimming they can handle as well. Additionally, the owners are incredibly responsive and thorough with everything. You will not be disappointed staying here.

Lovely home in a gated neighborhood, very nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay! Owners offered us late check out which was very much appreciated. It was easy to communicate with them! Easy drive to Disney and all the parks. Will definitely stay there again!

We had such a great time staying here during our family vacation! Perfect location next to Disney and Universal Studios, maybe a 20 minute drive tops. We used every amenity at the location including the pool, water slides, sand volleyball court, playground, and public grill area and everything was awesome! We will definitely be back!

Now lots of places in this area will say they are close to things..but this is the real deal. If you want locality to decent food chains and Disney as well as a safe, clean and amazing property to stay on then this is the one. The decorations make this place unique but the host and the property is really what stands out. We had a 2 year old to entertain as well as a 16 year old and 20 year old! And we were all catered for. The grounds are well kept and site had a lot to offer. Walmart is just done the road along with everything you are likely to need. As someone who travels here often this is bar far one of the best properties we have stayed in.

We had the best weekend vacation here - we wish we could have stayed longer! We 100% recommend renting this townhouse. It is beautiful and equipped with anything that was needed. The private splash pool in the backyard was perfect for the kids. The Waterpark was so much fun and an easy walk from the townhouse. Drinks and food are available at the big pool. The drive to Disney was SO easy. David was an amazing host who helped us with any questions we had.
I have already recommended staying here to friends and family. We can't wait until our next visit!

Great stay and responsive host! Was just as to be expected based on descriptions. Beds comfortable and decor was perfect for our family Disney vacation. It was about 15 minutes from driveway to parking at all the Disney parks. We did purchase extra dishwasher pods and laundry detergent as we were there for an entire week. My young children loved the patio pool and community pool. Would stay here again!

This property is absolutely amazing! Everything was so clean upon arrival. The kids loved the Toy Story theme bedroom and attached bathroom. Our family of 4 went in vacation with our friends, a family of 3. It was planned that our firat week was at a Disney Resort and 2nd week was at this rental property. And honestly wish we had stayed both weeks at this rental property! The kids loved the Toy Story themed room and we all had space to move around without being toppled on each other. I liked that their bedroom was on the 2nd floor so we were able to stay up and watch a movie without the noise disturbing them. Great kitchen space with everything we needed to male great meals. There is a Kerig coffee machine which is our preferred way of making coffee. Every morning my kids went straight from PJs into swimsuits to jump in the private pool.... and the clubhouse pool is a short walk away. I have one child who is sensitive to chlorine... when the attendee to the pool learned this on our 2nd day while checking the water he added what was needed to make it better for her as he said he also has a child sensitive to chlorine. I appreciate the attentiveness to those details. The little water park at the clubhouse was a huge hit. And location is so close to a variety of parks - while all the Disney parks are so close, during this 2nd week stay we went to Seaworld and Aquatica as well as Disney Springs with little drive time.

The townhouse was perfect for our trip to Disney. The house was even better than the pictures! Everything was clean and kid friendly including the locks on the back door to the pool. The pool in the backyard along with the pool/slides in the community were perfect for our rest days, plus the Disney parks were only 10/15mins away! The property manager was super helpful and quickly responded right away. We will definitely be coming back again on our next Disney vacation!

I went back and forth planning our trip to Disney, do we stay on site or off. This property was the best decision I made. Pictures do not do it justice. It's clean and most importantly comfortable. The bedrooms were perfect after our long days. We did 4 parks in 4 days. All of which were 15 min from the house. Walmart a mile away. So many options that made this stay perfect for us.

Very pleased with updates that have occurred since renting. Pictures and description need updated! The only issues we encountered were handled by owner and property manager the best they could. The washing machine, which we had planned to utilize, did not spin. The property manager arranged to have towels picked up, washed and returned. We had to hand wash some personal items. Just glad we discovered this at the beginning of our trip and could plan accordingly. We also had visiting family members, which were given a hard time at the gate. Both the owner and property manager responded quickly and were able to get them in. Kids enjoyed having their own room, the splash pool, and the resort pool/slides. Nobody wanted to leave. Would definitely recommend for families traveling to DisneyWorld. It was a short drive to the parks.

We had a great stay at Windsor Hills. The property changed hands just prior to our stay, the new owner was great with communication and had done some great upgrades to the property prior to our stay. Beds were comfortable, there was plenty of room for our family of 3. The splash pool was perfect. we were in residence for the hurricane and the property manager checked in with us frequently which was very nice We utilized the Windsor hills concierge for grocery pick up and a birthday party surprise set up which is a really nice service on the property. The property pool and playground are very nice as well Would recommend this rental

We have 4 kids 6 and under, and this was our very first time staying off property for a Disney vacation. I was nervous we would lose some of the magic, but we are sold on off property stays! The space and individual beds for each of the kids was everything! 🙌🏻 There were many items we didn't bring due to car space that we would've liked to, but were gladly surprised to see at the house like box fans for night time and an infant pool float! The ONLY things that could've been better were the number of wash cloths, (there were 8, and as a family of 6, we had to run a load of laundry every day to have clean wash cloths.) and the pool floor was super rough. It scratched up my kids' feet. ☹️ It was a great vacation, and we greatly attribute that to staying here! We will definitely be back!

The property had everything we needed along with a few tolietries to get us through the first couple of days. Our girls enjoyed the Toy Story room and our private pool as well. It was in a safe gated community which put us at ease our entire stay. Being off site from Disney was a much needed break from the crowds, but yet the close proximity to the parks was a bonus as well!
