Newly Renovated- Cozy, Clean, & Convenient!

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing apartment-we were so impressed We stayed at Sunny Condo during our 2nd time in Florida, our first stay elsewhere was run down and shabby and I was nervous about booking this apartment and whether it would be as nice as the pictures. We shouldn't have worried as it was perfect! This is an immaculate and fully equipped modern apartment. Highlights for us were the tasteful decor and modern feel, fully equipped kitchen, big dining table, very comfy beds and lots of space for our family of 4. It was like home from home for two weeks. We would 100% book again if returning to Florida again. (Stayed in April 2025)

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable stay! We were very happy and comfortable while staying in the sunny condo apartment at the Windsor Hills Resort. We were pleasantly surprised by how well equipment the placed was with all the basic amenities and more. It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need to make a meal for your family. The beds were very comfortable and no noise really heard from within the apparent from neighbours below. It literally less than a 5 minutes drive to Walmart and Disneyworld is only 15-20 mins drive away. We had no issues with accessing/using the pool area/facilities as we have experienced in the past while staying at other resorts and returning back to the resort after a long day out through the security gate was a breeze with a QR scanning system to gain access. Overall a fantastic stay and would definitely return in the future. (Stayed in April/May 2025)

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful place to call home while on vacation We booked the Sunny Condo Retreat for a short family getaway. The condo was perfect, clean, comfortable, and close to anything we could have needed/wanted. The communication before, during and after our trip was fabulous with clear instructions and some tips for making our stay even more fun. The amenities were also great, pool, hot tub, water slides, and arcade (extra $). We had a fabulous time and would definitely rebook this condo in the future. (Stayed in April 2025)

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sunny Condo Retreat Sunny Condo is a newly renovated Condo at Windsor Hills and has everything you could need for your stay with your family It's very comfortable and the condo was immaculate when we arrived. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need for your stay. The building is one away from the pool, which we love. The owners are very kind and were supportive as we had some issues with my husband's health. We are very excited to be staying there again next year. (Stayed in Feb/Mar 2025)

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This place was absolutely wonderful! It's very family friendly and feels safe. The condo was immaculate. It was an excellent location, near the front of the entrance and the pool was right next to the building. It was very quiet.  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Most magical retreat! Just returned from a two week stay at this wonderful condo. I honestly can't express how well equipped this property is for anyone but especially families. The children and adults loved the little disney touches throughout the condo. And the mural in the childrens room was beautiful. My daughter loved it so much. The condo was super comfortable, especially the beds which was well received after long theme park days!! As you can see from the photos it has lovely modern decor throughout. The appliances in the kitchen are of such a high standard! We were honestly so blown away by this property. Also, the coffee and snacks on arrival day was a very sweet gesture after such a long flight. Ruth has been a brilliant host, and has always got back to any queries before and during our stay so speedily. Honestly, we loved Sunny Condo Retreat and highly recommend this property to anyone, and we can't wait to return on day in the future.  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ By far our favorite Disney Condo! The booking process was very smooth. The owners provided ample information and communicated quickly. The unit was very clean and tastefully decorated with fun Disney touches and a beautiful color palette. The furnishings were nice quality, and the beds were very comfortable. The owners have paid attention to every detail, providing everything you would need for a restful stay. We appreciated the coffee and snacks, as well as the toiletries.  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Felt like home I stayed at the Sunny Condo Retreat with my family for a full week in October, and it truly flet like a home away from home. The check-in process was smooth, and the host provided clear instructions, making our arrival stress-free. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing--spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the modern kitchen and cozy living room, which were perfect for relaxing on our off days and after long days at the parks. My kids also enjoyed having their own space to unwind. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals for the week, adding a real sense of comfort. The location was fantastic, just a short Uber ride away from both the stores and the parks. Ruth and SunMi were incredibly friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed, responding quickly to requests, and checking in with us throughout our stay. The pool and other facilities were also outstanding. I would definitely stay here again and highy recommend it to others! (Stayed in October 2024)

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay during Hurricane Milton! My family had an amazing stay at Sunny Condo Retreat during the week Hurricane Milton went through Orlando. Prior to the trip Sun and Ruth were super responsive to ALL of my questions. Luckily we were able to do all the activities we planned at Disney World/Universal before the storm and afterwards. Sun and Ruth was so thoughtful and delivered a beautiful care package to the condo. They also provided us with lots of Emergency contact information. Visiting Florida from the West Coast, we have never experienced any Hurricane before. We felt very safe and taken care of with our hosts kind hospitality. The condo is very clean and perfect for our family of 6. It's also very close to all Disney World Parks. We highly recommend booking with Sunny Condo Retreat at Windsor Hills and will certainly book with them again on our next visit. (Stayed in Oct. 2024)

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay Our family had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Sunny's condo. The condo had everything we needed and so many extra touches. I appreciated the snacks they had out after a long travel day. The condo is really well stocked with essentials you will need during your stay.  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sunny by name, Sunny by nature, A+ We had an incredible 2 weeks in this Condo. Just arrived home yesterday. It was absolutely perfect. Spotlessly clean, every amenity you could ask for & very comfortable. Communication with the owners was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble & they replied to all emails very quickly. The location is central to everything. Walmart near by, plenty of shops & restaurants, 15 mins to Disney, 30 to SeaWorld & Universal. Windsor Hills is a stunning complex. The pool area & welcome area are fantastic. Security are amazing. It's a very safe, clean & quiet gated community. This is our second time at Windsor Hills, 1st in this Condo, and we will definitely be booking at Sunny Condo Retreat for our next trip. (Stayed in August/Sept. 2024)

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great place to stay! We stayed in the Sunny Condo Retreat for 13 nights and couldn't fault it. Location is excellent, near to the clubhouse and pool and being in Windsor Hills makes getting to Disney a dream! Also very close to Walmart and loads of restaurants. The condo is well equipped and was scrupulously clean on arrival. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything you could need. We had excellent, responsive communication throughout from Ruth and Sun Mi. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here. Thank you. (Stayed in June 2024)

 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Condo! We recently stayed at this Windsor Hills 3 bedroom condo and it was such a delightful stay! This centrally located condo was immaculately clean and well appointed! We traveled with our 3 grandchildren and it was the perfect size for us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make life easier when traveling with young children! They left snacks and coffee to get us started which was very thoughtful! The pool area is perfect and kept the kids busy most of the day with the winding slides and splash pad. They also had pool side activities and contests while we were there which added to the experience. I would most definitely go back to this condo and highly recommend this particular unit!
