Located just minutes away from Walt Disney World, our home away from home offers unparalleled convenience to all major attractions. Immerse yourself in the magic of Walt Disney World, discover the thrills of Universal Studios, or dive into wonder at Sea World. Windsor Hills is a fabulous Five Star gated community with 24-hour security. You will have access to all the amazing amenities at no extra charge and they are just steps away!

Enjoy a non-smoking 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that includes a fully equipped kitchen, screened in patio, washer and dryer, WiFi and cable TV, a pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby walker, booster table seat, step stool in kids' bathroom and so much more!

Our condo offers a starter pack that includes toilet paper, paper towel, bath soap, hair conditioner, shampoo, dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs.

The condo is elevator accessible and has free parking directly in front of the building! Guest Access is through a 24-hour guarded entrance. The condo is located directly next to the Welcome Center, pool and other amenities.

Check in is 4 pm. Check out is 10 am.

You will need to check in at the Welcome Center to get a wristband and code to get in the pool and amenities area.

HOUSE RULES:
There is a strict NO smoking/vaping and NO pet policy. The property is inspected one hour prior to your arrival and after your departure. Your security deposit will be forfeited in full if the cleaning crew detects an odor of smoke in the home upon your departure. The total number of people allowed in the home at one time is limited to the number of people listed on the reservation form (maximum 6 people). Sub-letting OR sharing is strictly prohibited. You must be at least 25 years of age to book. We do not allow parties nor large gatherings. If guests wish to compose a small event, please inform the homeowner for approval. Please inspect all rooms immediately upon your arrival, and inform the the owner or Management Company of anything that might be construed as damage. Inform the owner of any damages that occur.

This place was AMAZING! The location was perfect, and they had games and tons of movies that kept everyone entertained. Everything was spotless and well cared for. If you love Disney you will love this place. This condo is cutely decorated and extremely clean. The pool is amazing and the grounds are well kept. I have stayed here twice and plan to stay again in the future. The location is perfect. The owners are accommodating and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Mickey Fun House condo in Windsor Hills Resort! The location couldn?t be better. Located just minutes from Disney, you can enjoy all the excitement without the Disney hotel price tag. At the same time, Windsor Hills offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere when you want to unwind by the beautiful resort pool.

The condo itself was SPOTLESS and welcoming?it truly felt like a home away from home rather than a typical weekly rental. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Whether you?re planning a magical Disney vacation or simply looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway, this condo is the perfect choice. We can?t wait to come back!

A fantastic, secure, and accessible family-friendly rental with beautiful Disney touches.
We are family of six, including a son, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren, enjoyed a wonderful first stay at this property. The beautiful balcony view was a perfect place to unwind.
The accessibility was a huge plus, especially while recovering from a broken ankle?getting to and around the room was no problem at all, which made the trip so much easier and more relaxing.
The children (and adults!) absolutely loved all the Mickey Mouse decorations and had a blast hunting for the hidden Mickeys throughout the home. It made the stay feel extra special.
The thoughtful layout was appreciated; the pool was conveniently close for a quick dip but far enough away that no noise was heard from it.
The entire resort felt very secure, with guard stations at the entry points, which gave great peace of mind. The owner was also incredibly responsive and friendly, answering all questions promptly both before and during the visit.
My 5 year old Grand Daughter cried the day we left for the airport because she wanted to live there!
The family had a great time and would definitely recommend this home to other families looking for a magical and worry-free vacation.

Our stay at Mickey Fun House was the best! We had all the necessities there ready for our uses and the beds were so comfortable. The grandkids love the decors and the games that were provided. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook a good meal for everyone. Not to mention after a long day in Disney to come back to your condo and relax in your living room to watch a movie or sit on your private patio balcony and if you have any issues, Sharon and her husband is right there to answer any questions you may have. There is plenty of free parking and you will feel very safe due to the 24 hours security in this gated community. You won't be disappointed booking this lovely condo!

Location

The best way to get to Windsor Hills Resort will be to use the following address: 2600 N. Old Lake Wilson Rd, Kissimmee, FL 34747. In order to gain entry to our community, you must check in with our access control guards at the community gate. Any guest that is visiting the community must have their name on the access roster to be admitted.

Facilities
