With bar seating for four, it's the perfect spot for casual meals or entertaining. The adjacent dining table also seats four, providing a cozy setting for more formal dining. The living room is a welcoming space with a comfortable sectional sofa and a large 65 inch flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. From here, you can access the screened-in private balcony, which boasts an inviting outdoor seating area. Overlooking the lot, this serene spot is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink while soaking in the fresh air.

Pixie Dust Penthouse offers three beautifully decorated bedrooms. The first bedroom is the main king primary bedroom, this spacious master suite features a large wall-mounted 65 inch smart TV and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The ensuite bathroom includes a floating vanity and a modern shower, providing a luxurious space to unwind. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed ( new nectar ), this stylish bedroom comes with a wall-mounted 65 inch smart TV and a ceiling fan, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing environment. Lastly, the ( new nectar ) twin/twin toy-themed kids bedroom is perfect for younger guests, it features a ceiling fan and a wall-mounted 65 inch smart TV, ensuring entertainment for the little ones.

Additional amenities of Pixie Dust Penthouse include complimentary high-speed wireless internet and local phone service ensuring you stay connected throughout your visit. The unit is smoke-free and pet-free, providing a clean and healthy environment for all guests. A fold up pull cart and beach towels are provided for the pool. A Pack n play, 2 strollers and a high chair for use by the little ones. Bath towels and linens are provided, and the keyless entry system adds an extra layer of convenience to your stay.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
No carbon dioxide detector needed ( no gas hookoups )
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 30 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Windsor Hills is an exclusive registered-guest-only gated community, with our Gatehouse manned 24 hours per day.

Your ultimate destination for a couple thousand gallons of fun! Sir Windsor?s AquaVenture Water Park boasts two large dueling slides, two smaller slides, and a giant splash pad perfect for our little guests. Be sure to take the Water Bucket Challenge if you dare! Operating hours are 10:00am to 8:00pm (subject to change), and is open 365 days per year! Wristbands required, may be obtained for free from clubhouse.

Take a dip in our zero-entry lagoon pool! This 140,000 gallon resort pool is heated year round, even in the cooler winter months. And if you?re in the mood to unwind, our large hot tub will hit the spot after a long day at the Parks! Pool operating hours are 8:00am-10:00pm (subject to change), 365 days per year. Wristbands required, may be obtained from clubhouse.

Windsor Hills Resort's exclusive Clubhouse features a staffed Welcome Center to assist with information about the Resort, the local area and attractions. Additionally, it offers a state of the art fitness center, games room, movie theater, shower/changing facilities and ample outdoor lounge seating to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. The Marketplace & Grill is also conveniently located at the center of the Clubhouse. Clubhouse hours are 8:00-10:00pm. Hours vary for Marketplace.

  *Pixie Dust Penthouse* Totally Remodeled, Luxury Overall rating 5 Public review Soon to be Superhost! Brand new to Airbnb platform. Thats the only reason Robert has not made Superhost yet. When we walked in it gave all 5 of us a WOW factor. Super Clean from top to bottom! Design and decor awesome! Thoughtfully put together for the convenience of guests! More so than most Airbnbs. You have everything you need to cook in the kitchen. Ceiling fans in every bedroom with 6 speeds. To name a few items we were not expecting- 2 strollers (this saved our trip), babywipes, toddler high chair, Shampoo bottles, Bar soap, and pool towels. Your on the 4th floor which means more quiet. You can use those stairs for exercise or the convenient elevator which is spacious for a scooter or wheelchair plus more. It is a gated community. Our 4 yr old loved the 2 slides! Our teenage boys enjoyed playing ping pong with other guests and swimming in the pool. LOCATION- Disney Hollywood 11 min, Magic 13 min, Animal 10 min, EPCOT 13 min, Universal 22 min. Book this place you won't regret it!
