Our Happy Place #2 is a 4th floor (top floor) corner unit. Our condo is a 3 BR 2 BA condos that can sleep up to 6. It is located in the condo building that is closest to the Windsor Hills Resort pool and the clubhouse area, so the fantastic Windsor Hills pool, hot tub, new water park area, with dual 2-story high water slides, game room, clubhouse, fitness center, and theater are all just a few steps away from the outside of the building.
New owners from May 2025, with upgrades to come to this well established condo. Car themed living room and other theme for kitchen and master king bedroom. NO changes to Princess bedroom and Mickey bedroom.
The kitchen features granite counter-tops with a double stainless sink, stainless Maytag appliances, and a tile back splash. The refrigerator is an extra large capacity model to hold all of your food items. The kitchen is fully furnished with dinnerware, flatware, glassware, cookware, bakeware, and assorted kitchen tools. There is also a coffee maker, blender, large capacity slow cooker, and a toaster. A large capacity washer and dryer are in the unit for your use. Currently no ice maker- might be added in future.
The counter height 54" round table will seat up to 6. Leather living room furniture with an extra large ottoman and a 55" HD TV complete the living room.
The balcony features two wicker chairs and a small wicker table as well as two additional comfortable stackable chairs, so that there is seating for a total of 4. Fireworks may also be viewed from the living room area from both the sofa and the loveseat as well as from the master bedroom and from the Princess Room.
The master bedroom currently in soft tropical colors features a king bed, dual nightstands and lamps, and a large dresser with mirror. A 42" TV is wall mounted for convenience. The large walk-in closet features plenty of storage space and can even accommodate a Pack 'n Play if baby needs a quiet, private spot for nap time. The ensuite master bath features a walk-in shower with a spa-type optional hand-held shower. There is also a Corian countertop and sink.
The Princess Room will delight royalty of all ages. It features a queen-sized bed beneath a wall-mounted crown cornice with sparkly sheers draping along the wall over the headboard of the bed. A crystal chandelier and white furnishings with crystal pulls complete the room. Both the Princess Room and the master bedroom have views of the Disney fireworks show shot from over the castle each evening. There is a stand fan provided in this room since this room has a chandelier instead of a ceiling fan.
The Mickey and Minnie Room features both a full and a twin bed, and will sleep up to 3. Special multi-colored icicle lights add near the ceiling extend around the entire room. These lights are on a separate dimmer switch, so they can be used as a very special night light if desired. Large mirrored stars and smaller sparkling stars complete the room's decor and reflect the multi-colored lights for some very magical effects when the main lighting is lowered. This is definitely a fun room for the younger set. A small chest in the closet provides extra storage. Mickey and Minnie are permanent residents of this room as well.
A coded lock means that guests do not have to pick-up & drop-off a key at an off-site location. Once inside, a deadbolt ensures guest privacy. Guests are also given contact information for our full-time manager who is onsite at the resort each day & who is available after hours if any assistance is needed. We also provide driving directions to the condo from all major highways, a short-cut to the Disney parks from Windsor Hills, & information on local toll roads, restaurants, grocery stores, & tips for visiting the Disney parks.
We furnish a Pack 'n Play (2 fitted sheets included), a high chair and a mid-weight folding stroller for our younger guests at no extra charge. We also provide towels for use at the pool as well as all bed, bath and kitchen linens. There are also hair dryers located in each bath. Ceiling fans in the living room, master bedroom and Mickey and Minnie Room provided a gentle breeze if desired.
4 night minimum stay, preferably 5 night stay during the holidays. During the holidays, if your selected dates fit into a gap, but because of the minimum number of nights required it will not let you book, please contact us as we are more than willing to help in confirming your dates.

Payment Information:
A deposit of 25% of the rental amount is due at the time of booking.
Payment must be received in full 10 weeks before arrival.

Please note to our future guests that this home is classed as "self-providing." We do not leave any food or products that could attract pests, for the cleanliness for our guests. We provide the basic package of a toilet roll in each bathroom, one kitchen roll, two trash bags and two dishwasher tablets. We only provide this basic package to help you start with your vacation needs.
Windsor Hills resort is a gated community which is manned 24/7. As for the community rules, there is a strict 3 car maximum policy for registered guests to each home, which includes daily visitors. All clubhouse amenities are included in your stay. Daily visitors are not allowed to use the clubhouse amenities, only guests staying on property.
