- Pool Heat is available for $30 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the pool may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add this to your reservation.

-Please kindly note that Pool Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature and summer heat and humidity.

-Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter the home.

- Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

- We provide standard bath towels, pool/beach towels, hand towels and washcloths. We also provide linens, hair dryer, ironing board and basic kitchenware including pots and pans.

- Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

- Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We're unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

- Please note that Windsor Hills registration system requires an ePass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.

- No need to worry if you arrive late, we offer keyless pad entry! Additional details will be provided upon booking.

- Please kindly note that, as part of the resort's policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.
