South Facing Pools
Orlando rental villas with south facing pools are a most desirable feature. The sun rises in the east, moves across the south, and sets in the west. This means that homes that face north from the front face south at the rear where the pool is and this area enjoys uninhibited access to the suns rays from dawn till dusk. The difference with a north facing pool is as the sun traverses the sky in the south the property blocks the sun. It is worth then considering the height and general size of the rental property as single storey might be ok if north facing. Things also to consider are north facing pools are ok if you get sun in evening as the sun arches away from the direct line between property and pool. If you are spending most days in theme parks or at the main resort pool this should be ok. Also remember in summer months the Floridian sun is very strong. Not something you would want to lie under all day. And very few properties face directly south or directly north so ask the owner about sun across patio and pool area when enquiring.
