Long Term Monthly Snowbird Rentals

Most property owners at Windsor Hills will consider long term rentals but more than likely not offer them at certain times. Longer term (usually considered anything in excess of a month) are most popular during winter months when holidaymakers from colder parts of the US or Canada descend on Florida to escape the inclement weather. These are often referred to as "Snowbirds". A challenge trying to be a snowbird at Windsor Hills is it's popularity during winter most notably the festive holiday period. Owners will expect a good rate to remove their property from the market for the whole of the lucrative festive holiday period. It is highly unlikely a late deal will be available for such a long period so the best advice would be to book early or be flexible and go early in the winter period (October/November) or late (January/February). For other times of the year late deals may be possible. Consult availability calendars for open slots if you are considering a monthly rental.
